The chef’s kitchen is equipped for large-scale catering with Terrazzo countertops, a designer 6-burner gas range, and a massive social island. With seating for 28 across the formal dining table, breakfast nook, and al fresco balcony, hosting grand family meals is seamless.

Poolside Leisure & Gaming: The first floor transitions into an entertainer’s paradise. A spacious game room and bar—complete with a pool table, ice maker, and wine cooler—flows directly out to the private, resort-style heated pool. The house was very clean and in good shape. But when we arrived the pool was green. It was booked just before us so I don’t know if previous guest didn’t report it. But doesn’t matter, property manager should be keeping an eye on it if it had been raining (were told there had been a lot of rain). And I know rain messes up pool chemistry. But pools on either side of our house were crystal clear. The pool was chlorinated but we had a couple of pool owners in our group that recognized a salt system. It appears the salt system wasn’t working. This wasn’t on the property managers. The owners weren’t making investments in the pool to keep it working. One of the skimmers didn’t work at all. So a not spending the money to make the equipment work correct is leading to this poor review. We arrived on a Sunday and someone was out mid-morning Monday. Pool wasn’t really clear until Wednesday, could swim some Tuesday evening. But everyone knows you rent a beach house with pool you expect it to be maintained. Management firm was responsive but it takes a couple of days to clear a pool and they should have started getting it ready a couple of days before we arrived.Having an elevator was very nice. Big kitchen but didn’t have an potholders and only one kitchen towel. We bought some and made a donation by leaving them. 3 parts of a blender, all different brands, and they didn’t work together. Good parking.If we had not had the pool problems this would be a 5-star review.
