Lorsque vous arrivez au complexe North Beach Village, vous trouverez cette unité d'extrémité idéalement située à quelques pas des plages du golfe et du centre-ville de Holmes Beach. Shopping et restaurants à distance de marche, mais le stationnement pour deux véhicules dans le garage permet de faire facilement toute la famille à travers l'île Anna Maria.

Lorsque vous n'êtes pas occupé à explorer Holmes Beach, dirigez-vous vers la piscine commune chauffée pour nager ou vous détendre sur l'un des patios avec un bon livre. Wonderful week

Loved this place! Perfect for our family. The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were happy with our stay! Great location and easy walk to access the beach and nice pool! Pickle ball and tennis courts close by.

Third Year was a Winner!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After renting on AMI for 3 consecutive years, we found a winner in Sunrise Serenity. The location is quiet, yet within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed meals on the lanai and the fire pit in the evenings.

Great Location But Needs a Refresh

The location and convenience of the property was great. But there were a lot of things that need to be addressed in the unit. The living area was comfortable and nicely furnished. Using the TV was frustrating. The information provided did not help in operating the TV. The kitchen needs some attention. The inside of the dishwasher needs a good cleaning as does the floor around the refrigerator. The kitchen could be better supplied. The ad for the unit stated it was fully stocked but there wasn’t even any salt and pepper. The upstairs bedrooms were nice in size but the bedding and window treatments need to be updated. The carpet had stains and needs to be stretched. The areas under the beds need to be vacuumed. The walls were chipped and the area around the MB sliding door definitely needs repair. The windows were difficult to open/close due to their quality. The bathrooms were nice and the quantity of towels provided was generous for two people. Lastly, the main deck and furniture off the living area needs a thorough cleaning.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great townhome! Plenty of space. Lots of stairs. Location is fantastic. Within walking distance to the beach and some restaurants, however I highly recommend getting a golf cart. Only used the pool once. It is very small but we were there for the beach!! Plenty of chairs, boogie boards, noodles, umbrellas etc for the beach.Would definitely stay here again.

Room to Relax

We had a nice week on AMI. The location of this unit is terrific and it had plenty of room for our party of 5 to relax. The unit was furnished with everything we needed (linens, towels, dishes, beach chairs). The only aspect in some state of disrepair was the gas grill, but after using a match to light the burners it worked great.

My only complaint is that their coffee cups were all too little. Tried to rent for next year but it is already rented.

Overall experience was good. However we checked in after sunset and could NOT find the Lockbox…because there is no lockbox! It’s a key pad on the door and this should be reflected in the check in email. Code is for Keypad on door NOT lockbox

Fun in the sun

If you are looking for an easy, no frills, but great place to stay for your family this is it. Puzzles, pool and beach toys, and awonderful beach wagon. If you cook there were pots, pans, baking dishes and measuring utensils plus a very nice gas grill. Only a 10 minute walk to beach, restaurant, shopping and“ trolley”. Our grandkids 4 and 6 loved it! We liked that there was not a bunch of breakie things to worry about. Enjoy!

Everything You Need For Your Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly impressed with this town home with all of its furnishings and supplies. The kitchen was more than stocked with everything we may need for our stay. The unit included multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon and beach towels. It was a plus to have a washer/dryer as well. My husband was very happy to have a garage to store our outdoor belongings. :) We highly recommend this rental and have already planned our stay here again next year!
