The main floor features a spacious living area with plush seating, soft coastal lighting, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The dining area offers seating for eight and is perfect for gathering over memorable meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes high end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry, creating a beautiful setting for both cooking and entertaining. The home also boasts two large QLED TVs (75” and 65”) with state of the art surround sound on the first and second floors, ideal for both kids and adults. Plus, a Peloton bike is available for workouts on the second floor.

On the first floor, you will find a lounge space that includes a queen size sleeper sofa, providing extra seating and an additional sleeping option.

Throughout the home, every finish has been intentionally selected, from the scraped hardwood floors to the hand chosen travertine tile that brings warmth and sophistication. Each bedroom serves as a private retreat with ceiling fans, calming décor, and its own bath access. On the third floor, the master suite features a king bed, a walk in closet with custom built ins, an ensuite spa inspired bathroom with an etched travertine walk in shower, and direct access to a private balcony that is perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or evening cocktail. This floor also includes a queen bedroom and a spacious king bunk room. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a queen bed and its own elegant bathroom.

Every level of the home is accessible by elevator for effortless convenience. A full laundry room supports longer stays, and multiple outdoor spaces give you plenty of room to enjoy the ocean breeze. Located in one of Myrtle Beach's most desirable neighborhoods, you will find yourself just moments from the sand, local restaurants, entertainment, and all the attractions that make this stretch of coastline so loved.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably and provides parking for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. For added convenience, we provide complimentary golf clubs, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes and a charcoal grill for guest use. We kindly ask that all items are returned to the home prior to check out.

A minimum age requirement of 21 applies to all reservations. The reservation holder must be 21 years or older for the stay to be valid. Guests who do not meet this requirement may be subject to fines or eviction. An elevator is available for your use.

SPECIAL NOTE: In case of power outages caused by inclement weather or other factors (e.g. hurricanes, snow, etc.), this house is the only short-term rental property in the Sands Beach Houses neighborhood (Shuffleboard Court) that has a solar panel system with a backup energy battery system that can provide full electricity during power outages.
