Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. In all the years of hosting, one thing I've learned is that comfort levels within urban settings can vary from guest to guest. Our property is located in a historic downtown area, and while many guests enjoy the convenience, character, and proximity to local attractions, we understand that some travelers may prefer a different environment. We were particularly surprised by the comments regarding cleanliness and insects. Over the past five years of hosting over 10 properties, we have maintained an outstanding hosting record and have consistently received positive reviews from hundreds of guests who have praised the cleanliness, comfort, and condition of our properties. We have never experienced recurring issues with bugs or insects at this location or any of our locations. In addition, all of our properties are professionally serviced and treated on a monthly basis by licensed pest control companies as part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We take cleanliness concerns very seriously. Had these issues been reported during your stay, we would have responded immediately and done everything possible to address them. Our goal is always to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience, and we pride ourselves on offering cozy, clean, and welcoming accommodations. This commitment is reflected not only in the reviews for this property but across all of our locations. Achieving and maintaining Superhost status requires consistent dedication, responsiveness, and exceptional guest experiences over time. We work diligently to uphold those standards and are grateful that the overwhelming majority of our guests have recognized those efforts through their positive honest reviews. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your future travels.
