Boat, fish, kayak, swim, bbq…relax. 🎉 Gatherings & Visitors Our house is designed as a peaceful retreat, so we ask that the property not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. We want everyone
— including our neighbors —to enjoy the space!

Additional Guests : We kindly ask that your guest count stays within what was agreed & confirmed at booking. 10 max and max 5 vehicles .

Exterior Cameras: 🎥 For everyone's peace of mind, we have exterior cameras on the property for safety purposes.

If you are fishing, you will need current fresh water licenses for Louisiana.

We have a regular coffee pot . (coffee not included )

Due to the nature of our circumstances check in is 4pm firm and check out is 10am firm .

If you need more time please book and extra day before or after to accommodate your schedule .

We have a fireplace but you will need to provide your own firewood if you choose to use it . There are several stores local that sell it nearby .

We have a charcoal grill . if you choose to grill please clean up after . and don’t forget to bring charcoal . ( we don’t provide )

**There is an additional $500 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location
agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

Quite hours a must 9am-9pm noise voices carry w/water

No parties or events.

Please adhere to 5mph driveway speed limit

Please do not put any loose trash on the bins outside. all trash must go in a trash bags before disposal . Any loose trash found will have a $50 fine per bin to the guest.

🚭 Strict no smoking ANYWHERE IN or ON the proptery. To keep our space fresh and comfortable for every guest, we ask that there be no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. Please note that a $500 fee applies if smoke detectors go off or if cigarette butts are found anywhere on the property.
