Breckenridge's newest and most luxurious address -- the Grand Colorado resort on Peak 8 -- is available for the full week (7 nights) of APRIL 11-18, 2026 (Saturday to Saturday). This is a spacious 2BR, 2.5 Bath ski-in/ski-out residence that combines a large 1BR with a smaller, connected Studio. Large kitchen with eat-in dining area. The 1 BR side has a master with a King Bed plus a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Master bath has a large soaking tub with separate shower, The studio side has a smaller galley kitchen, a queen bed in the bedroom, a sleeper couch in the living room, and a full bathroom, including both a tub and a shower. Half bath is toilet only. In total it sleeps 8 comfortably. In-unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, flat screen TV's in both living rooms and bedroom, a fireplace, and private balcony.

Walk right out to multiple lifts and also enjoy direct access to the gondola that takes you to other Peaks and downtown Breckenridge. Guests will have full access to the property, including the ability to reserve the private theater during their stay. Upon check in you will be given access to the underground heated parking space and keys to a heated ski locker for use on the ground floor during your stay if you need it.
