Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and calming surroundings, this spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps large groups with ease and offers the perfect blend of style, entertainment, and rest.

The cozy living room is intentionally arranged as a relaxing nook, featuring a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, layered throw pillows, and soft blankets — the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring or lounging by the pool.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals: stainless pots and pans, mixing bowls, sharp knives, utensils, baking sheets, plates, glasses, plastic cups, Tupperware, and everything you need to cook with ease.
Start your morning at the Keurig coffee station, complete with K-cups, sugar cubes, and creamer.

Guests will have access to:
-The entire home except for garage. Garage access is not permitted, and will be locked off.
-Driveway parking (4 cars)
-Street parking (1 car)
-Private pool & backyard
Other things to note
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the Tempe town noise ordinance. Decibel levels are monitored. If noise exceeds acceptable levels during these times, we will reach out, call the primary guest, and request immediate compliance. Continued violations may result in termination of the reservation.

Please park in driveway or directly in front of house. Do not park in front of the neighbors house.

Optional pool heating is available for $90/day with a 3-day minimum (required to bring the water to temperature). Please request at least 48 hours before check-in so we can ensure the pool is heated for your stay.
