We live in Pennsylvania and enjoy the comforts of our country home which rests on 10 acres. We live close to our children and grandchildren and travel often. We spend 2-3 months a year on the island so we get to it enjoy it to its fullest.

Our most recent trip was a family cruise to the Panama Canal over Christmas and New Years 2024/2025, earlier in 2024 we visited South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Phillipines, Hong Kong and Hawaii
In September of 2016 Cora & I celebrated our 40th anniversary. We came to the Caymans for a week, then Jamaica & then a weeks cruise to 4 ports in Cuba.

In 2015 we visited China seeing key sites between Shanghai to Beijing and several cities in between via air and high speed trains. The Great Wall, Tenement Square and The Forbidden City in Beijing, Terracotta Army in Xi'an, The Bund in Shanghai with over 400 high rises, and then West Lake in the City of Hangzhou. Great Trip!

Now in 2025 I am just rounding the corner for retirement after being in this family run business for 26 years and in the telecommunications industry for 50, installing and maintaining Siemens/ROLM Business Phone Systems across the country. My wife Cora, son Ray and daughter Kim have had the fortune of us all working together. This I am so thankful for as we all got to know each other in various ways. At the same time I get to watch them grow as a person. Ray unfortunately we lost in 2018, a sad part of our life.

The views are so remarkable, like you’ve never seen before, You can spread your arms out wide and that is about the view you will see, 165 degrees.

See the incredible sunrises and sunsets. Listen to the waves come in while relaxing in one of two master suites, each with its own over-sized walkout patio, one of which is screened in. You will have plenty of room in these 17x17 masters with king sized beds. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen and has a walkout into the spacious screened-in lanai with picnic tables, extra seating and lounge chairs which then opens to the large 2,500’ wrap around pool deck with screened in gazebo. The family room also has an exit into the lanai which makes it nice to bring food and beverages out from the kitchen.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. If the 2 kings and queen isn’t enough, we have 2 new roll out beds. The king bedrooms are large enough to where you can put them both comfortably in one room or split them between the 2 masters. Just let us know how you need them and we will have them setup ahead of time if so needed. The house is best suited for 3 couples but comfortably sleeps and is licensed for 8.

The ceilings are 10' tall, while having beautifully vaulted ceilings with Hunter Fans in each bedroom, family room and dining room further adding to its already spaciousness of 3000 square feet of living space. There are 7 Sliding Glass Doors, one in each bedroom, and 4 that wrap around the family and dining room. Each is over-sized 12 feet wide and 8 feet high, providing a wonderful view of the ocean from every room in the house.

Enjoy swimming in the pool - a nice bbq or just spending time of the spacious pool deck or screened in gazebo as the views are magnificent as you can see the ocean from there while enjoying the wide open skies and ocean at just 13 feet above sea level and just 50 feet from the water. You will find yourself just sitting in amazement in this truly one of a kind home.
