Nice 2 BR, 2 bath condo right by beach and close to downtown Fernandina. We enjoyed the nice screened porch in the mornings with the cozy blankets provided. Condo was very clean. Great spot for a short stay.

Our family loved our stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the condo met all our needs. We love the location, and the peacefulness of the property. The screened in porch is my favorite to start off a nice quiet morning with coffee. The host communicates so well, and made the process simple and stress free. The beach is just a short 5 minute walk or so. I woke up each morning to walk on the beach to see the beautiful sunrise. We love that sliders seaside grill is also a short walk so we could catch an early breakfast with a beautiful view.

The condo is clean and in great condition. The bedrooms are lovely and beds are very comfortable. The shed on the balcony is stocked with tons of stuff for the beach. We used the chairs that were very comfortable at the beach. The owner, Greg, is very helpful and gets back to you super quick. It was a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect. We are already talking about going back next year.

We've stayed in Amelia Landings several times, and each time has been excellent. This was no exception! The place was clean and orderly, with very little beachy-decor "clutter" which I appreciate very much. The furniture was all comfortable. We had everything we needed, and everything worked properly and easily.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighbors were quiet and the host was very responsive. This place is located within walking distance to the beach. My grandkids had a great time using the pool onsite.

This condo is my new favorite place to stay in Fernandina! Everything about it was perfect: the location, the lovely shady porch, the well stocked kitchen, the thoughtful special details like decent shampoo, the complimentary cereal!!, great communication from the host. Easy walk to the beach, there is a nature trail nearby as well. I will be back!
