Consider this custom home away from home yours while you visit Rochester. This welcoming space features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and large driveway for parking several cars. The main floor is available entirely with only the basement usable in the laundry area at the bottom of stairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the smaller bedroom with a full bed and cotton linens in each. There are couches and chair in the living room, blankets and towels, and dining room seating of 4 people at the table and the center island with 4 stools, perfect for a small group or family.

There are books and games inside the home so feel free to make yourself at home.

Guests enjoy a large covered deck off the dining room with patio furniture, with a spacious yard and fire pit steps away. Prepare a charcoal grilled meal any time of the year which is available just steps away from the main deck, we have charcoal, grill utensils and lighter fluid ready for when you arrive, no additional fees for using anything already supplied in the home.

The house stays warm in the winter and cool with air conditioning in the summer, making it a relaxing retreat any time of the year.

As a guest, you'll enjoy free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and two TV's each with a Roku streaming stick for entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials you need to prepare and store meals while you stay.

This custom home offers a peaceful family friendly neighborhood to relax and recharge. Noteworthy, this is a baby friendly home, with available outlet covers, baby gates, highchair, booster seat, infant bathtub on request.

For an additional fee the host has contacts to arrange a driver/chauffeur to get you where you need to go such as to or from the MSP or RST airport or any other place you need to go. If you need assistance with doing the laundry and going up and down stairs, or moving lugage, I can help get someone to the house to help you with those types of things for a small fee of $20/day. Additionally a cook or chef could be arranged who can go grocery shopping for you and that could prepare the food, cost TBD.

Note, all snow removal and shoveling of the walk ways and salting of any ice, will be taken care of by the host, no need to worry about snow and ice removal.
