Passez les vacances à la plage! Regarder les tempêtes, peigner la plage pour trouver des trésors marins et profiter des villes locales sans l'agitation de la foule!

Escapade parfaite pour les familles ou les couples qui cherchent à s'échapper dans la brise fraîche de la côte de l'Oregon. Faites du vélo, marchez à travers l'herbe des dunes jusqu'aux plages de sable blanc sans fin. Observez les aigles, les wapitis et autres animaux naturels profiter des zones fauniques protégées. Revenez année après année et faites des souvenirs pour toute une vie.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer tous vos repas. Profitez de votre café du matin pendant que vous préparez le petit-déjeuner, avec vue sur la vaste propriété de 7 acres. De nouvelles casseroles et poêles, de nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et bien sûr le four double sont tous disponibles pour vos repas au bord de la plage. Envie de barbecue? Remplissez le réservoir de propane et allumez le barbecue Kitchen Aid sur le pont.

Il y a aussi un pack-n-play sur place pour le petit.

Notre maison est bien approvisionnée pour le plaisir! Boule de pétanque, lancer de pouf, chaussures de cheval, vélos, jeux de société, cartes à jouer, livres, films, jouets pour enfants, cerfs-volants, cannes à pêche, jouets de sable, frisbee, croquet, machine à karaoké et plus encore!

Il y a trois terrains de golf dans la région et il est facile d'obtenir un départ! (Vous aurez besoin de vos propres clubs ou d'en louer).

Loisir
Parcourez les routes tranquilles de la communauté fermée ou parcourez la piste de vélo de montagne jusqu'à Sunset Beach à proximité. Faites une promenade au lever du soleil sur la plage, ou asseyez-vous simplement sur le patio et profitez des sons d'oiseaux et de l'air marin. Vous aurez peut-être de la chance et de voir le troupeau local d'élans se promener dans les dunes! Température froide? Installez-vous confortablement avec un bon livre près de la cheminée à bois et prenez le temps de vous détendre.

Great house, short walk to beach

Everything was great for our stay! The house had everything we needed. It's a short walk to a huge sparsely-populated beach. The house is halfway between Seaside and Astoria, so very convenient to both towns. We look forward to visiting here again!

Wonderful coastal getaway

This rental property is in a gated community that felt very safe and private. We absolutely loved being able to walk to the beach from the house. This place had all of the amenities and was very comfortable for our group. Highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable home

This beautiful house has everything you need for your stay from shampoo to beach toys to board games for all ages. Very comfortable beds, lots of towels for 4 adults and 3 kids. Even the dog didn’t want to leave!

Great cottage in an amazing location

Astoria PCH road-trip

This is an ideal location if you have kids/dogs. It is close to multiple towns and has direct access to a beautiful beach. We had a fantastic time! Thank you!!

Great place in a great location

The house was great for our group and for celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. The big yard with fun games, the well-appointed deck, and interior furnishings made it easy to relax, play, and hang out. The walk to the beach was easy and the distance provided by the dunes gave us privacy while enjoying the back yard and deck.

Wonderful coastal retreat!

We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old and it was such a fun family adventure. Had everything we needed at the house and were able to take full adventure of the seemingly private endless beach. It was a little hike from the house but the kids (and pup) loved it. Saw whooly bears and plenty of bugs along the way to keep them busy. Super fun bunk room for the kiddos!

We stayed at this wonderful property with our kids for an extended weekend. It was stocked with beach toys and games for the short walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable, and great communication with the owner. Thank you!

Comfortable cute house

Bedroom layout was perfect for our party of 7 (2 adults and 5 teens) and our puppy liked it too! Walking distance to beach but weather was cool cloudy so we drove to Seaside for fun.

Quiet and Relaxing

Quiet location with relaxing walks along a very serene beach. The house was a perfect place for our girls get together. It was the perfect size, whether we were sitting on the back deck, gathering in the cozy living room or playing games at the large dining room table. Close to so many beautiful Oregon beach towns and walking trails. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great beach getaway

Super cute house just minutes walk away from an amazing beach. Plenty of things to do with the family and was dog friendly. Loved that we can hear the waves of the ocean and was right next to the well kept trail to the beach. The only negative thing I had about the house was that the outdoor BBQ grill was completely dirty and no propane. Other then that, we will definitely be coming back, thank you for an amazing vacation! -Molly

Beautiful with a lot of amenities

My family stayed over the weekend for my mom’s 70th birthday. We have two small kids who loved the house, the proximity to the beach and the yard. My mom loved her mermaid room and my husband and I loved our upstairs master bedroom with a balcony. So relaxing and the bed was like a cloud. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools you need to cook a nice meal. The bathrooms were clean and had soap and shampoo and conditioner. Lots of linens and extra pillows! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc during our second day there, a gardener came with a mower and woke us a up from nap mowing the very large back lawn. Seemed like strange timing. Overall it was a beautiful stay in a nice clean, well stocked home.

Cozy place!

We stayed at Katie's place over the weekend when my son had a basketball tournament in Seaside. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The welcome snack basket was a big hit with the boys. We had an issue with the door lock upon arrival, and Katie helped us right away! There is a short 5 minute-walk patch that takes you to the beach. If you have little kids, be mindful that cars can drive up on the sand. There are several good restaurants in both Seaside and Astoria. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it.

Enjoyable Stay with minor issues

The house could use some TLC. Didn't appear that cleaning staff had been there prior to our visit. All sliding screen doors were constantly coming off track. No towels in upstairs bathroom. We found them in dryer and were still damp. In both showers, it was very hard to turn on water. FYI, you have to pull VERY hard on the lever. Both decks are very weather worn. We decided to not use upstairs deck for fear of splinters. Since bocce ball was mentioned in the house description, we had hoped to play. We could not find balls anywhere, they were not in garage. After looking at the bocce field, the sand had a large divot down the middle. So, I doubt we would have been able to play anyway. The house was roomy and provided for all our basic needs. The living room sofa was very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was fine and had everything we needed. A big plus, was the large yard. We all really enjoyed playing horse shoes and walking to the beach. There were lots of board games and puzzles and the grandkids really loved that.

Softball Tournament Family Stay

Overall, great place to stay! Would stay again! First the positive…Perfect setup for our three grandkids in the bunk bed room with daybed/trundle, Mom & Dad downstairs just down the hall & grandparents upstairs with their own bath. Great household amenities, comfy beds & pillows, nice to have Netflix & a bath tub for the littles too. The HUGE backyard was amazing, especially for the kids, with the 5 minute walk to the beach with the path just between this rental & the house next door! Suggestions for improvement…..All fairly minor, no deal breakers here! This is a pet friendly rental, although we did not bring ours due to long softball tournament days without knowing if dogs were allowed at the ballpark, that being said, no long white dog hair on the couch would have been more esthetic at check in & a more detailed cleaning to remove dog hair, would be appreciated for future stays at this rental. In addition, there were quite the assortment of random outdoor toys in the garage, much of which was very old (Croquet set), plastic bats for the kids was also great but one ball to hit that was gray taped and unraveling. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase some whiffle balls. Husband took a broom to outdoor front entry to clean up massive cobwebs, spiders & bugs. Lastly, great area for kids to play in boxed off area out back with their truck & play cars, but red ants everywhere so unable to use that area & lots of the same red ants in the backyard grass area.

Comfort,quiet and a short walk to the beach!

This home has everything you are looking for and need! We loved the open feeling of the home, the comfortable beds, sitting in the sun on the west facing deck and watching the sunset. It was clean and the neighborhood very quiet. We felt we were the only people in the area. Loved it.

Private Quiet Oceanfront Escape

This area of the coast has large dunes from the homes to the beach. It’s much quieter than other areas. Beautiful long beaches. The house is comfortable, clean and everything you need is provided. We found all of the furniture very comfortable and welcoming. I was a bit concerned because it is a pet friendly rental but that didn’t seem to be an issue. The flooring and sofa look new. We would stay here again.

Beach House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is amazing and the house had everything we needed and was very cozy. It could use a little TLC like removing carpet, but for a house right on the ocean that allows dogs, I would expect it to be a bit worn. I love places that allow me to bring my pups so it was perfect for us! I would definitely consider staying there again.

We purchased this home because we fell in love the MOMENT we saw it. The private walk to the beach, cozy fireplace, and large lawn for games and activities drew our family to the Oregon Coast. Being in a gated community, we felt safe with our children.

We love that it is close to everything! We enjoy taking our kids to Seaside and enjoying the tourist town with a carousel, good restaurants, and boardwalk. Historic Astoria and Fort Stevens make for a great afternoon outing or day trip!

The home has been recently remodeled and its truly a retreat that we hope you enjoy!

It isn't in the downtown area, but its better! Being in a gated quiet community, you get the beach, the fun the peace, while the downtown hustle and bustle still only a few minutes away.
