The main level has an open living area, dining space, and full kitchen, plus a deck with a grill and hot tub. With four bedrooms across three levels, including a primary suite, there’s plenty of room to relax. Guests also enjoy Sunrise Sports Center access with a summer pool and fitness room.


Welcome to Sundog, tucked into the sought-after Top Ridge community with true ski-in/ski-out access and a direct overlook of Killington Resort’s Bear Mountain. This is one of those homes where you drop your bags and immediately feel ready for mountain mode.

When you walk in, you step into a large entryway with plenty of space for skis, boards, boots, and all your winter gear. From there, the main level opens into a comfortable living area with a cozy seating space, a dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for anything from big breakfasts to après-ski snacks.

Just off the dining area is the deck, complete with a grill and a private hot tub overlooking Bear Mountain — easily one of the best spots to unwind after a day on the slopes. This floor also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms. The primary suite has its own en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath right next door.

Head down to the lower level and you get even more room to spread out. There’s another bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom, and a second hangout area with a foosball table — perfect for kids, teens, or anyone looking to relax off the slopes.

As a guest at Sundog, you’ll also have access to the Sunrise Sports Center, which offers an outdoor pool in the summer, a fitness room, and additional community amenities.

Sunrise Mountain Village operating schedule:

Sunrise Lift closed for the season on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
Bear Mountain is planned to close on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
The Killington Shuttle service will also end after April 12, 2026.


Sunrise Commons Facilities will remain open daily from 8:30 AM–8:30 PM through April 12, 2026.

Beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, the Commons Pool & Spa Facilities will be closed for operational maintenance and cleaning.
Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
