It sits right beside the Tresca Place community pool, looks out over the lake from the main living area and two private balconies, and is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. A 6-seat GEM car is included with your stay for easy trips to the beach, restaurants and shops along 30A.

The home is spread across several levels, with the main living area on the third floor. Large windows frame the lake, and there is plenty of seating around a large flat-screen TV for movie nights. The living area connects to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, a large quartz island and a dining table for 8, plus a built-in bar with an ice maker and a walk-in pantry for stocking up.

The Primary Bedroom is on the fourth floor, with a king bed, a private balcony with lake views and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. On the second floor, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Community overflow parking for approximately 4–5 vehicles is available near the neighborhood entrance on a first-come, first-served basis; these spaces are not reserved, and 1 additional vehicle with a parking pass may use them. Street parking is not allowed.
