Guests have private access to both the entire apartment, garage game room, as well as a heated pool.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.



Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the flat.



The home is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining. Our favorite local coffee shop the Coffee House Realty Cafe is only a few minutes walk from the home!



Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (15 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.



Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.



Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.



Getting Around:

The Augustine Suite is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Other Things to Note:

*2 active ring security cameras are installed: 1 at the back door of the main home and an additional camera at the garage apartment, looking over the driveway.

**There is an additional, unattached main home for the garage apartment that guests will NOT have access to. The property will be completely private during their stay and main home will remain unoccupied.
