from the sand with a private balcony where you can catch glimpses of both the ocean and bay Mornings here are easy and memorable brew fresh coffee in the fully equipped kitchen drip machine please bring your own grounds and Keurig please bring your own K-Cups and sip it on the balcony while the kids get ready for the beach Pack the provided beach chairs umbrellas and toys and in just a minute youll be on the sand Around lunchtime walk over to Belly Busters for crabs or subs and enjoy them right on the beach keeping the day simple and relaxed In the afternoons youll have options cool off in the shade of the balcony rinse off at the outdoor shower before heading back inside or take a short drive downtown for a stroll along the boardwalk Bayside Park and Northside Park are close by if the apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland COMAR 26 02 03 02 or are in violation of Chapter 30 Article V of the Town Code It shall be a
