House Rules

Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, both inside and outside the property.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is not allowed indoors. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed at this property.

Guests and Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Please respect these times unless prior written approval has been given. Unauthorized late check-out may result in a fee.

During Your Stay
Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use. You may use any proper laundry detergent—just please avoid overloading the machines.

Kitchen Use
The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishes. Feel free to use them, but please clean up after yourself.

Avoid cooking with strong-smelling ingredients (like fish or curry) and do not deep fry indoors.

Trash & Recycling Instructions
If your stay includes Monday or Thursday night, we kindly ask that you assist with putting out the bins for pickup:

Trash Pickup:

Place the trash bin on the curb Monday night for Tuesday morning pickup.

Trash and Recycling Pickup:

Place both bins on the curb Thursday night for Friday morning pickup.

After Pickup:

Please bring the bins back in promptly after they have been emptied.

Bin Location:

The trash and recycling bins are located in the parking area, against the fence by the gate.

Security and Safety
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with any smoke detectors or security equipment.

In case of emergency, dial 911.

Additional Notes
Please do not rearrange or remove any furniture or decor.

Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be reported and may result in a charge.

Violating house rules may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
