Guest Access

You will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home with a private entrance, along with a shared patio.
Please note: The property is a two-story unit and requires the use of stairs (approximately 16 steps).

Other Things to Note

Gatherings/Parties: No gatherings, events, or parties are allowed. Outside music is strictly prohibited.

Smoking: This property is 100% smoke-free. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 penalty.
Guests who choose to smoke must do so outside, at a safe distance, and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette litter on the property may result in a $500 fee for cleaning and odor removal. This policy is strictly enforced.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. A $500 penalty applies for any unapproved pets.

Overnight Guests: All overnight guests must be registered. Any unapproved guests will result in a $100 per-person, per-night fee.
