Modern, comfortable, perfect location, super close to the beach and restaurants and nightlife. You truly can walk everywhere from this cottage. Adam was excellent with communications. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and even better than expected

The house was perfect for us. It is 2 blocks from the beach and only a couple of blocks from a tone if different shops and restaurants, so we could walk to breakfast and dinner.Our favorite part of the property was the huge screened in back porch area. We ate and played games out there without being eaten by bugs and without being rained on. Plus, the lattice gives extra privacy as well as protection from strong storms. I can highly recommend this place to couples and families

Spectacular Bungalow!!

Absolutely perfect bungalow! Walking distance to everything yet nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. We loved having coffee on the screened patio in the morning. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.

Home was as described. Beautiful and host was accommodating as we arrived early and let us park our car. Walking distance to beach and nice restaurants within walking distance.

Everything was absolutely great! Very convenient location, walking distance to the beach! Home looked exactly like the pictures, they had everything we needed and everything was very clean! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Cocoa Beach!

What an Amazing Stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and our stay was very peaceful to say the least! We were here for a total of 4 nights and we had our son a couple of nights. This place is perfect for a small family or just you and your partner! Fully functional kitchen was amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to fully use it, but it was perfect regardless. Being an architect enthusiast, my favorite feature were the breakfast bar lights. Perfect for later at night or early morning for kitchen lighting or living room lighting. Husband and I enjoyed ourselves, will be booking here again, hopefully in the summer time to enjoy all this property has to offer. 10+/10! Michelle & Steven Hernandez

Great vacation location!

The cottage was perfect! It was very relaxing with everything needed for our stay. We were just a short walk away from the beach and several eating establishments. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

All around great property

We had a fairly long stay of almost a month. This was a transition rental for us while our new home was closing. My wife loved the décor and ambiance. The unit was thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, condiments, etc... The large screened patio has a large table some padded chairs, and a fan. Pretty much anything you would need for the beach is there also. Chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling cooler. Excellent laundry facilities as well. I was working so, enjoyed the easy access to 520 & A1A/528. The location in Cocoa Beach is ideal. Walking distance to just about everything. 5 minute walk to the beach. Host communication and response was excellent. Definitely cares about the property and guests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We really didn't want to leave. We're already looking for an excuse to book a weekend trip here again.

We loved everything about this house from the location and to how clean it was! We loved that they had everything we needed for the beach and how close it was and we could walk everywhere

Updated, clean, and cozy.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay a couple nights while visiting some of the local attractions. The beach was a short walk away! You are nestled in a neighborhood which has the occasional hot rod, motorcycle, and neighbor noises but that's the trade off for being so close to beach. :)

Cute Little Beach Cottage

This cute little beach cottage was perfect for our small family. The property was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to some nearby restaurants. Very good location for all things fun.

Wonderful condo!

My family and I stayed here for 4 days, and couldn’t have been happier. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and everything you would need. With two bedrooms we had plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked! Loved having all the beach gear to use as well. It made our family vacation a great one!! Thank you we can’t wait to come back!
