Cette belle maison Cape style est niché dans Marstons Mills, un village de Barnstable. accÚs facile aux attractions et de la plage, mais situé sur une rue tranquille, cul-de-sac. Cette spacieuse maison de trois chambres est entiÚrement meublé et dispose de deux salles de bains. Sortez canapé-lit (deux couchages) dans le salon. La maison dispose d'un beau sous-sol fini. Great place to stay in Cape Cod

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very peaceful. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra sheet and towels. The only suggestion (not even a complaint) is that we wish there were more towel racks in the bathrooms and the side exit door that we were unable to unlock with the electronic. Locking mechanism

Great Stay

Very comfortable stay with amenities such as grill, on-site parking, and washer/dryer! Towels were provided as well as toothpaste/toothbrushes. Great and private location! Host was very friendly and responded promptly to messages.

Beautiful house

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. Central air conditioning, comfortable beds, beautiful, spacious interior and much more made our stay very enjoyable.

Needs updating

I will start with the Pros: Lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Cons: Kitchen floor is so old and dirty! There is no molding under kitchen cabinets. The towel holder in upstairs bathroom is torn off wall. Door knob downstairs is loose and about to fall off. The vertical blinds in living room , large picture window was missing 11-12 slats. Making us feel exposed and unsafe . The TVs never worked! When turned on the message read, “no input” The host did have the blinds fixed the next day. However, we were not able to open and close them . They need to be completely replaced. Host keep telling me to refer to the tv info pages provided. These spoke nothing about “input”. Only how to use the Roku.

Lovely home, rather out of the way but very quiet and private. A little more info before check in would have been helpful, like wifi password, the fact that there is only a keurig coffee machine

Quick trip to Mashpee

Took my family for a long weekend to the Cape Cod area for a family wedding. Very easy to get in and out of the property with the keypad. Was a cute home, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it because we were visiting a lot of family in the area the majority of the day. I made three recommendations to the property manager for the next guest to enjoy the home a little more. The refrigerator does not have a water dispenser, so a water filter, either in a jug in the fridge or a actual filter on the faucet, would be helpful. Getting ready for the wedding was a little hard because there was no ironing board in the home. Apparently it was supposed to be there, but it was nowhere to be found in the house. The bedroom on the main level had a very uncomfortable and loud mattress. As soon as you sat on it, it made a very loud sound, which continued with any movement that was made. I’m not sure if it was the mattress, the boxspring, aor both, but that was probably my biggest critique of the property. Other than that, it was a lovely home that served its purpose for our short stay. Sean, the property manager, was incredibly easy to get a hold of, and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly.

Family visit

House was clean and well equipped with what we needed. We were there to visit family and the house was perfect. It was close to our daughters house and we like the quiet and well taken care of neighborhood. This is our second stay at this house and would stay again.

We appreciated that this house has linens and towels! I didn't realize how many homes don't provide them, and when traveling across country, it makes a huge difference. And air conditioning!! It was a life saver. The house is a great size with lots of possible sleeping arrangements, and a nice soundproof basement for the older kids. The house was clean enough and stocked well. Homeowner was always prompt in his response! Would stay here again.

Nice, quiet stay

The house was clean and neat. The bedrooms were roomy. The beds were a bit too firm for me but we managed okay. Flat screen tv’s in every room was nice. No fighting over what shows to watch when we were there. Sean was always available for questions and advice.

Exactly as described!

This house is larger than it appears! It is well maintained and Sean was quick to help us with any questions. We were pleased to find little things like an iron, hair dryers (2), and plenty of pillows. The entire rental process was easy and our damage deposit was refunded quickly. I would definitely recommend!

The Cape cod style house was clean and neat in a lovely, quiet neighborhood very convenient to the bay and ocean. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with plenty of space for privacy. There were also 4 flat screen TV's.

Cute, clean house, centrally located

So glad we found this home! Very near my sister's home and was perfect for my brother's family and my daughter and I. Great space with comfy beds and plenty of space. Sean was very quick to respond when we had questions. The only thing I found missing in this home was lights next to the bed. I like to read before bed and prefer to not have to get up to turn off the lights. I am certain we will rent next time we head to Cape Cod to visit family.

Perfect for relaxing, quiet location

We really enjoyed our weekend at this house. It is not too far from the beaches, grocery stores, mashpee commons, and main st Hyannis. We stayed with 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking accessories you would need, only thing missing is a cutting board, so bring one with you! Sean was always quick to respond to my messages before and during our rental weekend! I definitely would recommend renting this property for your cape getaways!

The house was perfectly clean, and big! The deck is great and the backyard perfect to enjoy being there awhile. He gives you a list of charges if you don't clean the grill, dishes, fridge, and other details that kept me worried to leave anything behind, a little annoying but just be responsible and he won't charge a thing. The house has security cameras all on the outside but it gives a peace of mind that the house is well taken care of, it gets pretty dark in the middle of trees outside. He was easily available for any questions and gave good information about the area. Overall great place perfect for families !

Das Haus hĂ€lt was es verspricht. Es ist mit drei z.T. großen Schlafzimmern und einem großzĂŒgigem Wohn-/Essbereich ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. HandtĂŒcher, Duschlaken ebenso wie eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Der typische 4-flammige Gasgrill fĂŒhrte zu ĂŒberwiegend im Haus stattfindenden Abendessen :-) Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was den ZivilisationslĂ€rm betrifft, die Natur in Form von Grillen, Zikaden, Fröschen usw. dafĂŒr um so lauter. Abends kann einem auch mal ein Truthahn oder ein Stinktier begegnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zB. mit dem Mahpee Comkons Marktplatz innerhalb von 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Im Wohnzimmer als auch im Kellerraum gibt es noch jeweils eine Schlafcouch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Well appointed home located mid-cape. Clean, well-organized, spacious and came with a landlord beach pass that enabled us to tour some of the best beaches on Cape Cod (and, well, admittedly, they are all pretty wonderful). Great family vacation house

This vacation house was neat, clean, and comfortable. The dining table allowed us to all sit comfortably for our meals. This is always important to us when vacationing with our extended family. The basement family room gave the kids extra space to watch DVD's and play board games at the table. The back deck was great for outdoor meals and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the yard for playing catch and whiffle ball. The location of the house was good for roaming and exploring. We all enjoyed Craigsville Beach - the calm water and the breezy day with waves good for the boys to use their boogie boards. We would recommend this property to others looking to vacation in the area.
