• This studio is pet-friendly, but please make sure to add your pet to the reservation. A pet fee applies; any unregistered pet will incur a $250 fee.

• The building has a heated driveway, making winter arrivals easy and safe.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM to keep the building peaceful for everyone.
• The studio offers ski-in/ski-out access — snow conditions may vary early and late season.
• The fireplace is electric and controlled by remote for easy use.
• The hot tub area is shared with the building and may close briefly for maintenance during heavy snow days.
• The sofa bed is ideal for two adults or two children.
• Please keep pets leashed in hallways and common areas.
• Free shuttle access is available via The Lift Bus, which runs all winter around town and the resort.

All bedding is already available in the studio, including queen and twin sheets, comforters, and pillows. Depending on your setup, everything you need is there and ready to use.
