Located at 601 N. Atlantic Ave, you’ll be steps from the sand and a short walk to vibrant Flagler Avenue with its boutiques, bars, restaurants, live music, and classic NSB surf-town charm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – ONSITE CONSTRUCTION

Please note that the building is currently undergoing renovations. Construction crews will be actively working on-site during daytime hours, typically on weekdays. While the condo itself is fully furnished, clean, and comfortable, guests may experience construction-related noise or activity during the day.

There is no construction inside the unit, and all work pauses in the evenings. This does not impact beach access or use of the pool, but we want guests to be fully informed before booking.
By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this temporary condition.

Because of this, our pricing reflects the temporary inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding while improvements are being made to the property.
