NH2: Spacious 2BR Apt

Welcome to our Spacious 2BR apartment in a historic home! This beautifully maintained home features original architectural details, high ceilings, and hardwood floors, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and contemporary amenities.

This comfortable apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and other with a king size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom. This location is very close to all the hospitals in DuBois and is a perfect home away from home.

The apartment is completely private but the main floor of this house includes shared spaces that include a game room and lounge areas. There is also coin laundry on site.

This apartment operates on a shared boiler system with a shared thermostat. To ensure your comfort, we provide space heaters for additional warmth as needed. In the summer, window AC units are available to keep the space cool.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
5) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
6) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
7) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
8) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
10) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
11) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:00am or later on the day of checkout.
12) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - The security cameras are on the exterior of the house and main entrance doors. They are monitored by Flamepool Properties LLC who own the building.
13) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
14) No cats allowed
