As the apartment is part of a strictly residential condominium, respect for neighbours and for the shared environment is essential at all times.

In accordance with the standards of our residences, residents receive the residence guidelines and a brief occupancy document prior to arrival. These documents outline the organisation of the residence and help ensure clarity, serenity and a well-structured living experience. A standard long-stay residence agreement is completed before entry, in addition to the platform reservation.

To ensure that the residence remains in perfect working order, our in-house residence manager may, from time to time, coordinate linen refreshes, light housekeeping or routine checks of essential equipment. These short and discreet interventions are always announced in advance and scheduled at suitable times, in order to preserve both comfort and privacy while maintaining the quality of the residence.
