Crested Mountain Condo: Ski-In/ski-Out, Hot Tub!

Driving up to the unit, you will feel like you`re going to drive right onto a ski run, enter through a covered stairwell where you can store skis, boots, and other outdoor gear. Please understand there are 40 stairs between the entrance and the front door to the unit. Once you enter via electronic lock you will have full access to the condo! There is a large entryway closet for even more gear, follow the hallway to the main living area featuring a spacious seating area overlooking the ski hill, base area, and surrounding mountains. The dining area and spacious open Kitchen also face the million dollar views on this level. There are games available for your use.
The first (half) bathroom is also located on the main level along with an expansive balcony with spectacular views and seating for 4. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
Up a (fairly steep) flight of stairs the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. The first bathroom is in the hallway, accessible to all. There is a standing shower and full washer/dryer in this bathroom. The first bedroom has stunning mountain views and a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is closet and dresser space in this bedroom. The master bedroom is such a special space. Open your eyes to direct views of Mount Crested Butte and the ski run. The master bedroom is luxurious featuring an elevated king sized bed, ample closet space and an en suite full bathroom.
The hot tub area is located immediately next to the ski hill making for some of the best people watching imaginable. There is a grill in this area as well.
**DISCLOSURES**
STAIRS: Please be aware there are 46 stairs that are required from entry to the entrance of this property; there is no elevator. 40 of the stairs are indoor in a covered stairwell. There is an additional set of stairs to reach the second floor of the property as well.
PARKING DISCLOSURE: Guests are allotted 1 parking space in the building lot. Vehicles larger than 18` are not recommended. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 1 parking pass is provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly!
4WD/GARAGE DISCLOSURE: The entrance to the parking area for this building is steep for about 20 yards, there is not another entrance to the parking area. The parking area can get very icy and slick in the wintertime. Please be aware you need a 4WD/AWD vehicle to access the condo if you`re traveling from November through May. We do not allow guests access to the garage space due to spatial/logistical as well as structural concerns. Guest safety is our top priority.
AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this townhome. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte.
PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
HOT TUB: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. Please be aware the hot tub is available during the Winter and Summer months only. Off-Season closures are typically from early April to early June and again around late September to early December.
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
