Designed for both comfort and style, this 725sqft space features an open layout, eclectic decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Enjoy the convenience of a central location while embracing a relaxed, stylish lifestyle. Plus, being dog-friendly, your furry friends will feel right at home 2!

The community has an enclosed dumpster for discarding of all waste. Please do not block the gate at all times. Please close gate after use.
â This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
đ No Smoking - zero tolerance and $500 remediation charge will be applied. This includes vaping, tobacco, cannabis products etc...
đ€« đŽ- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
â- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other `smoking` substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you will be responsible for cost of remediation.
đ đ Max Pet occupancy= 2. đ- No Pets or Animals over 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest)
â- No events or parties
âïž- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 11pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
đš - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
đ żïž Parking for 2 vehicles. Please do not block the neighborhood Dumpster area
đđ Personal EV chargers are prohibited. In order to continue delivering an economical value in our rate, we must ask guest observe this rule. There are EV chargers (Tesla) less than 1 mile from the home.
đ - For stays 10+ days we require a complimentary weekly tidy clean.
đž Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
