Main Level

Second Level – Sleeps 6
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: Sleeps 4 with a twin bed and a bunk that features a twin over a full. This room also includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Free use of Harbor Island facilities including swimming pools, a kiddie pool, playgrounds, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness/weight room are available to you with this rental. Designated fishing and crabbing areas are also available on the island.

Hunting Island State Park is less than a 10-minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more! If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, South Carolina is just minutes away. As well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away).

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!

This condo is not pet friendly.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change.
The current rates are for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
