The Space:

The views from all levels of this Siesta Key luxury estate vacation rental are phenomenal. Each home features its own private rooftop deck, one approximately 500 square feet and the other 400 square feet with direct Gulf of Mexico views. These elevated outdoor spaces include sunset bar top seating, soft seating with umbrellas for sun coverage, smart TVs, and dry bars with beverage refrigerators. Each rooftop is supported by a conditioned indoor club room, designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable seating, gaming consoles and Golden Tee, smart TVs, dry bars, workstations, and convenient half baths. These rooftop and club room combinations provide the perfect setting for both sunrise coffees and sunset cocktails while enjoying the sea breeze over Siesta Key.



Each home boasts its own fully fenced, resort-style backyard with a heated saltwater pool and oversized spa. The first pool includes a swim-up bar with five built-in stools and is nestled beside a decorative privacy wall. The second pool features a family-favorite mini-putt golf course set at the rear of the pool area. Both pools include water slides and volleyball court setups, and both backyards offer lush native landscaping, natural gas grills, ample loungers and chairs, and covered patios equipped with outdoor dining spaces, bar seating, soft seating, dry bars with beverage refrigerators, trash pull-outs, smart TVs, and ping pong tables. These ground-level outdoor areas are connected via an easily accessed gate, and they are private, secure, and family- and pet-friendly (fees & restrictions applying for pets).



This nearly 8,000 square foot estate includes two six-bedroom homes, totaling twelve bedrooms, eleven full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms. There are eight king bedrooms and four custom bunk rooms with combinations such as full over king, full over full, or full over California king bunk beds. The estate sleeps up to thirty-two guests in beds. Each home offers a spacious great room with open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas oriented towards Gulf views and balcony access. Kitchens are fully stocked with trusted appliances, cookware, dishware, and essentials. Dining spaces include traditional tables and kitchen island seating. These thoughtfully designed spaces bring large groups together comfortably. The club room in each home serves as a secondary living area.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

On the ground level, there is parking for up to eight vehicles, with four covered spots and four driveway spaces. This level includes the private, fenced backyard areas described above with all entertainment features. Ceiling fans enhance comfort throughout the patios. Each home includes a refrigerator and freezer for beach prep and poolside enjoyment. Beach gear provided includes a total of 4 wagons, 4 coolers, 12 chairs, and 8 bikes. The main entry foyers in each home provide stair and elevator access to all living levels and the rooftop decks.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

In Home A (The Rooftop), Bedroom 3 features a king bed with an en suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 also has a king bed and includes an en suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower, as well as a private balcony. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature custom full over California king bunk beds and private en suite baths, with Bedroom 5 offering a shower and bathtub combination and Bedroom 6 offering a walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are available on this floor.



In Home B (The Upper Deck), Bedroom 3 has a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and balcony access with peeking Gulf views. Bedroom 4 features another king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and peeking Gulf views. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are custom bunk rooms. Bedroom 5 features a full over king bunk, while Bedroom 6 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a city-style closet, and both bedrooms share a full bath with a bathtub and shower combination. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

In Home A, the great room includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas with Gulf views and access to the main balcony. The dining space seats up to 18 people with a 14-person table and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and essentials for all your cooking and serving needs. Master Bedroom 1 on this floor has a king bed, Gulf views, and an en suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. There is also a half bath and a washer and dryer.



In Home B, the great room features Gulf views and a comfortably furnished living area with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and opens to a dining area that accommodates up to 13 people between the table and the kitchen island bar. The main balcony is accessible from this space and includes additional outdoor seating with Gulf views. Master Bedroom 2 features a king bed, balcony access with Gulf views, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A half bath and washer and dryer complete this level.



The Third Level of Living & Rooftop Deck (4th Floor):

In Home A, you’ll find the club room that connects directly to the 500 square foot rooftop deck. The club room is furnished for entertainment with seating, a smart TV, gaming consoles, a dry bar with a beverage refrigerator, trash pull-out, and a half bath. The rooftop deck includes soft seating, bar-top seating along the railing, umbrellas, and a smart TV, making it an ideal spot for relaxing or entertaining with Gulf views. Master Bedroom 2 is also on this floor and features a king bed, Gulf views, and an en suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower.



In Home B, the third living level includes the club room as well, which supports the adjacent 400 square foot rooftop deck. The club room includes 2 smart TVs, gaming consoles, a Golden Tee arcade game, a workstation, a dry bar with a beverage fridge, and a half bath. The rooftop deck offers sunset bar-top seating, umbrellas, a smart TV, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Also on this level, Master Bedroom 1 features a king bed, rooftop access, and a large en suite bath with a soaker tub and walk-in shower

This dual-home estate is located across from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and combines the best of both homes – The Rooftop and The Upper Deck – into one amazing vacation rental listing for extended family stays. Both homes are a short walk or bike ride from Siesta Key Village’s restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and groceries. Nearby trolley stops provide free transportation around the island. Downtown Sarasota’s art and dining scene is only 10–15 minutes away, with Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, and the theme parks of Tampa and Orlando all easily accessible for exciting day trips.
