This place was beyond amazing. Simply beautiful. Well maintained. Comfy. Has everything we needed. Close to all we needed. And the host was attentive and excellent. They even left a special gift for our bride to be. I can’t wait to rent again!

Very well appointed. Was recently completed and everything seemed new. Enough room for large families to gather. Pool was great. Had enough beach supplies and pool supplies, bikes, carts, chairs - could have used a beach umbrella or two. Close enough to all things siesta key and crescent beach. Can walk to Crescent Beach and local shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, etc. Siesta Key downtown is a quick 5 minute ride down one road, with enough to do to keep everyone busy. Only downside is block of property still has a lot of construction, and on a dead end street makes it a bit noisy earlier in the morning than we liked. Mimi was our host and was very responsive and accommodating.

Thank you for the kind review! It is wonderful to hear the home felt fresh and well appointed, and that the space, pool, and beach gear made for an easy family stay. Being close to Crescent Beach and the shops, restaurants, and bars really does give this property that walkable, easy-living feel. We appreciate the note on beach umbrellas. For future guests reading, we do not stock them in our homes due to how easily they break in Florida winds and weather. That said, we work with several trusted local vendors who make renting them simple and easy. We also understand the frustration with the construction noise. Siesta Key is in an active period of restoration and growth following the 2024 storms, and neighboring construction is unfortunately outside of our direct control. Mimi will be so glad to hear she was a helpful presence throughout your stay. The Double Dip was amazing - best week ever!! Every member of the family (young and old) are still telling us what their favorite thing about this home was. It was just as pictured and equipped with all we needed for our big family of 17. FINALLY, a family vacation where were didn't need to go buy items to cook and serve as needed. Same with towels and beach needs!! We also chose this house for it's location to the beach (5 minute walk), but we only went to the beach 2 days, because the pool in this house was more fun for kiddos and their parents, no one wanted to get out. Our days & evenings were full of little tournaments of putt putt golf & cornhole. As well as, ping pong, water basketball and fishing. When you rent this home you get it ALL - PLUS MORE!!! Just show up, move in, relax and enjoy. The grandkids are already asking if you can get this same house next year.The Hall Family

Starting with the hosts and property managers, the communication was exceptional from beginning to end. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and on top of everything. We arrived to the sweetest surprise for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday—a complimentary balloon display, a bottle of wine, and a few decorations waiting for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel welcomed and set the tone for an amazing weekend.The property itself was exactly as pictured, if not better. We hosted 20 friends for a four-day birthday weekend, and every single person was blown away.What really stood out was that the amenities weren’t just there to look impressive—they were actually functional and thoughtfully designed. Every feature was used throughout the weekend. It felt like every corner of the property was designed to create memories and give guests something fun to do.The location was also perfect. With a group this large, it’s important for people to have options during downtime, and everyone loved being able to easily walk to the beach, grab coffee in the morning or explore Siesta Key on their own.The sleeping arrangements and bathroom setup were great for a large group. We had several couples staying, and everyone was very happy with the amount of space and bathrooms available. The property exceeded expectations, the hosts went above and beyond, and our entire group left talking about how amazing the weekend was. Five stars all around!
