The Space:

Spend a serene, seaside escape at this Netarts home. Ideally situated between bay and ocean, this three-bedroom retreat offers quiet coastal living near the beach and within an easy walk of groceries, coffee, and gift shops.



This single-level interior comes well-appointed for contemporary comfort and features recent updated. Kick back on the deck with family and friends and fire up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue or settle in for movie nights on the living room smart TV. The kitchen comes compete with plenty of counter space and all the major appliances for easy meal prep, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. Beautiful house

Loved staying in the beautiful house for a weekend at the beach. Plenty of space for all of us and a fantastic back deck to hang out on in the evenings.

Second time staying at this home, We are working on a project in Netarts, and this home has worked out well for my crew to stay here while working. House is very clean and well equipped and has been great.

Great location and lots of amenities

This place was great for our vacation. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Had all the amenities. It was better than the pictures. Location was just a walk to the brach and from all the bigger tourist areas.

Wonderful vacation rental

The house and location are amazing. However, across the street you can hear animals (ducks/geese/turkeys) shrieking loudly all hours of the day and night. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

Great stay

Property was clean and private. Plenty of room for 6 adults and had everything we needed. The large deck with fire pit was great for the evenings. Only complaint was it smelled a bit like wet dog but once we opened windows and aired it out it wasn’t a big issue. 10 min walk down to the beach, not much around for amenities but Tillamook is a 15 min drive away.

Netarts family visit

This house met our needs perfectly and then some! Excellent location within walking distance to two small grocery stores, the beach, a restaurant and even a pub! Very clean and all on one floor which was perfect for our elderly mother who uses a walker. The house had everything we might need and the kitchen, too, was very well equipped with appliances et al. Would absolutely stay there again!

Gorgeous and relaxing property, nestled in the trees

This is a gorgeous property in which the back deck gives way to a peaceful setting of trees mingling with the salt sea air. Sounds of birds, mixed in with the faint roar of the ocean, allows one to enjoy the perfect cup of coffee early in the morning. If you are needing a place of respite, and serene relaxation. You can do no better than this place.

Quick get away

Booked property one week prior to staying for a quick get away. This property is nice, kitchen well stocked, good furniture to sit on and quiet surroundings. We knew there was not an ocean view so did not expect it.

Great Place

The property was very nice. It fit are family nicely. The only problem I had with the location is the refrigerator smelt like fish. I worried that the food I put in there would also smell like fish but that that did not happen. It would have also been nice if we had a map to get to the beach from the location.

House was in quiet neighborhood. Parking doesn't fit 4 cars on driveway like the map want you to park but there's a path on the wright side of house you can park if allow. House was older home, and kitchen is not the best but suasible. The smoke alarm is very sensitive. It does have a nice big sink in the garage so you can wash your crabs if need to.

Pet friendly oasis

We really needed a place for all of our dogs while we were in town for a dog sporting event. This house was perfectly set up for the dogs. And while we didn’t get to take full advantage of everything the house came equipped with, I’ve never seen a better set up. This house offered everything you could imagine. Next time we compete in Tillamook, this will be the place for us!

Netarts weekend

The house and overall experience was great. Weather was lovely, very dog friendly. The only nitpick I have is the neighbors. Not the ideal choice but you can’t choose your neighbors. We would definitely rent this house again.
