This newly remodeled home has three floors of comfortable and elegant styling that you are all sure to enjoy. Every floor has a spacious deck accessible from each bedroom. The master suite takes up the entirety of the first floor and includes a custom bath with dual sinks and a walk-in, double-head shower. Warm yourself by the fireplace in the living room as your favorite movie or show plays on the TV, or head outside and fire up the gas grill while you take in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Seal Rock.

You will be just a few blocks away from the Oceanside Beach State Recreation Site right on Maxwell Point, along with a few local cafes located near the beach. The Cape Meares Lighthouse is a short, three mile drive from this home, while the Tillamook Creamery - offering fascinating tours and mouthwatering dairy delicacies - is just an 11 mile journey northeast.

Very happy with our stay

The view was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was really clean! There are a lot of stairs, but love the fact that each bedroom has a balcony. Amazing stay, and will definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable stay in Oceanside!

We had a great stay. The property was clean and comfortable and we had no problems with check-in. As other reviewers have noted, there are a couple of sets of stairs so keep that in mind (kitchen and living/dining area on the first floor, with bedroom floors below). Unbeatable views of the ocean with a short walk to the beach.

Second time stay

We have stayed here before and have looked for booking availability several times. This time our dates matched up and we got to stay again! It’s a great location and the view and house are exceptional. We love it, our kids love it, and we hope to be able to return many more times. We love Oceanside and the great beach and tunnel. It’s a family favorite for many years now! Thanks for a great mini vacation during the holidays.

Amazing views

Loved the house and the location! Amazing view and the house is really nice. Only constructive feedback would be to clean or replace carpet and you should advise that there is no air conditioning.

Cozy Living With Versatile Spaces

Things we loved: The easy foot hosing off station on the bottom deck. The View! The House layout feels like three different living areas, which we appreciated.! Three bathrooms. Beach access is tops! The decor and cozy blankets.

Amazing views and a great house

This is one of the best beach houses we have ever stayed in and we are definitely thinking of coming back. Great views from all rooms, nice privacy provided by the floorplan on three levels. We had some challenges with Wifi, which was fine for casual use, but not strong enough for Kids to attend class at school.

Beautiful stay on the coast!

This house was a joy to stay in! Many luxury details including towel warmers in the master bath. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils, pots and pans needed -even a family crab boil ! Comfortable blankets for sitting around a great selection of games for additional evening fun cute town iwith some places to eat with in an easy walk as well as the beach, of course that was only if we wanted to leave the house which was a really tough call! I’d rent it again in a heartbeat

Stunning views and beautiful home!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. When we arrived, we were greeted with a stunning view of the most beautiful sunset! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals throughout our stay (pots, pans, knives, cooking utensils). The master bedroom on the bottom floor was huge and the king bed was very comfortable! The two gas stoves (main floor upstairs + one in master) made for a very comfortable temperature! We were only two, but it was very spacious and would be perfect for group of 6! The location was great too - so close to the beach and we were able to walk right down in less than 5 minutes. Can't wait to come back!!

Easy breezy contemporary pleasure by the sea

Beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. Great to have off street parking. Two issues .... the home was clean and welcoming with the glaring exception of the carpets leading down all the stairs , landings and bedrooms. Blackened stains on beige carpets ... also the home could use a housebook with instructions for TVs and entertainment centers. Views made for a perfect Oregon coast experience.

Great getaway!

I loved all the multi level bedrooms and everyone had a balcony. The house was beautiful and had a great view! We did bring out our espresso machine and enjoyed coffee on the main balcony. The parking was enough for 3 cars which was perfect! There was extra parking down below but the neighbors had their truck parked there for the majority of the stay. Made it awkward to walk down to the beach. It was finally moved the last day. The house was clean and even though it’s a big house it did feel cozy. I wish there had been enough chairs to have dinner together (6 people) and the bar stools on the island aren’t usable. They back up to the couch and a chair in the living was broken. Chairs/tables on the additional balconies to make it more welcoming would be nice. I have a poor rating on communication because there isn’t a way to reach them with questions. I submitted a questions way in advance and Vacasa responded with generic responses. I also asked for recommendations nearby and didn’t get any. Other than that it was a great house. The sunsets were beautiful and made some amazing birthdays memories!

Amazing New Years weekend trip!

We have stayed in Oceanside before and love it here!! This was a new place to rent and though it was a little out of our price range compared to others, it did not disappoint! We love the location for walking to the beach and back, we love the views and large windows, and all the space to be in. The great room on the main floor is so open and nice-we spent most our time there together. The kids loved having their own rooms and we had fun watching movies in the tv room downstairs as well. Everything was clean and set up so nicely for guests. The one and only problem we had was that it was very cold weather over the weekend and we couldnt find any thermostat or heaters in the basement for the master bedroom/bathroom? There was a gas fireplace, but we couldnt get it working. It was very chilly to sleep in that bedroom or be downstairs at all. The other two floors were easily adjusted with many thermostats and plenty of heaters, but the basement was a little too cold!! We could have called to check, but kept thinking we would figure it out the next night. We didn’t, oh well. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means, but it was uncomfortable to sleep down there, and no way to warm it up! No instructions on anything either to troubleshoot the fireplaces or explain if that was truly the only heat source. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would definitely love to come back to this house again. Everyone agreed it was our best Vrbo stay yet! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Excellent Home, Location & Views

This is a wonderful home for relaxing on the ocean. Excellent views, with decks on three levels, although you will likely spend most of your time on the top deck, which has the best views. The house is very well-designed and up-to-date, with an excellent, fully-equipped, modern kitchen. The master bedroom is on the lowest level of the three levels of the house. The master bed is king-sized and very comfortable. It has an excellent, well-appointed bathroom, as well as an adjacent media room, including a flat-screen tv and a modern draft table/desk. There is also a full bathroom on the second level with two bedrooms and another half-bath on the first level near the entry. There is also another small media room on the second level. There are two JĂžtul gas stoves, one on the top level and one in the master bedroom, that quickly heat up the rooms. The art work on the walls is impressive, mostly enlarged photographs, far better than what you would usually find in a vacation home. Overall, the house was very clean. The only change we would recommend is that the carpet on the two flights of stairs be replaced, since it looks rather dirty and stained, especially on the first flight of stairs down from the top level. Apparently some renters did not heed the requirement to remove their shoes at the entry. Also, if you plan on cooking your own meals like we did, you will need to bring your own olive oil, herbs and spices, since we could only find salt and pepper in the cupboards. The only other recommendation we have is that there should be instructions for using the JĂžtul stoves, the other sources of heat in the various rooms (we never did figure out how to operate the thermostats on the walls), and the televisions. Finally, do not plan on getting reliable cell phone reception in Oceanside.
