Just a couple of things. The bedroom window was propped open with a tissue box, felt a little unsafe and cold. And you can hear EVERYTHING that the people above are doing and taking about. Apparently there was a big pool tournament that weekend and things did Not go well lol. Other than those two things, the trip was amazing!

The condo itself was nice and offered good value for the price. It wasn't anything fancy or high-end, but it worked well for our group of six and helped keep costs down. Having a full kitchen with a refrigerator, pots, pans, and other amenities was a huge plus, and it was also very pet-friendly. The beach was a bit of a walk, but the area was nice and felt safe. Parking could be a little difficult since the lot filled up quickly, and the number of outlets was somewhat limited. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and it was a comfortable, affordable place to stay with everything we needed.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL FIRE HAZARD AND SHOULD NOT EVER BE USED AS A RENTAL.There is only entry one door, and the bedrooms are basically prison cells with no windows, no air circulation and no way to escape should something happen. On top of that, there is no place to put anything. Even some hooks over the top of the doors would have been helpful in order to at least hang clothes. Will never be back. Total disappointment.

The space was very small. The view of the ocean was mostly obstructed. The kitchen did not have the necessary cooking utensils, serving items, and space to make meals. The cleaning was not thorough, It seemed that it had been an add-on to other units that had good views of the ocean. It felt like a cave with windows only on one side. Other guests were running through our front yard space, and the guests upstairs were quite loud as they walked around. I would not recommend this unit to others.

If you do not have high expectations, this is the place for you. No ocean view. It could if they trimmed back some bushes and trees but i guess it's okay to falsely advertise nowadays. once they have your money, they don't care. It really is Great if your bringing your pets as it already smells like wet dog and there is a yard right in front of the door to easy take out your dog, oh and everyone else uses it too so you have to be aware so you don't constantly step in dog poop when walking up to your door. We thought how perfect for the kids to go play. Nope! People do not pick up after there dogs. Smells like poop and irritated me that we didn't bring our pets and picking up someone else's dog poop so we can open the windows in the morning without smelling dog poop. Hopefully your luckier than we were. We had small children and the floors were dirty and sticky, one cut there toe on a piece of glass. I could go on and on but on a positive, it did have all your basic necessities and it does have potential

This is a great place to stay if you're not going to spend a lot of time there. There is no real view to speak of, the bushes are overgrown. All the maintenance and updates are total landlord specials; the bathtub is probably older than me and the fasteners for the curtain rods have become part of the wall. There are no flooring transitions in doorways to speak of so watch your toes. Cooking implements are that of a 19 year old man's dorm. There are no closets or hangers. The TV isn't a smart TV, spectrum cable. The mattresses are nominal. And the door code is 10 digits for whatever god forsaken reason. In the lower bunk bed, there's a gap against the wall big enough for a 3 year old to fall through (found that out the hard way). Also, the unit is downstairs, so if above is occupied I hope your neighbors have light feet (ours didn't), as there are old wood floors and seemingly no insulation. Location is alright, but you've got blind curves both sides of the driveway and people like to speed. The only reason I gave 3 stars was relative value, relative cleanliness, and it stayed surprisingly warm with no heater on cold nights. We had a good vacation but the unit had nothing to do with it, we'll be back to Lincoln City, but won't be staying here.

Great little place, short walk to the beach. Everyone slept comfortably, was happy the place had a fan. Just some little nick picky things I would have wanted but would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, although it’s very very smallYou cannot sleep on the pullout sofa the bed inclines down and your head will fall off. The mattress is also incredibly lumpy and bad.The mattresses in the bedrooms are also incredibly lumpy and bad to sleep onIf they had decent mattresses, this would be a five star stay but they don’t. None of us loved well on any of the mattresses.
