Very clean and well taken care of. Excellent view from the balcony all around. A great DG store within walking distance for your basic needs also nearby shops including Walmart. Family had a great time! We hope to be back soon.

Had to use an ir mattress to get rest.the dryer in the unit takes about 2 cycles to dry small load of clothes and has a loud shrieking sound when it is in use.

Location was perfect, very close to everything and easy access to the beach which we loved! 406 had all we needed and didn’t have hardly any issues with the condo itself! We would have preferred a few more seats on the balcony, maybe more sturdy as well, we had one storm and the chairs went sliding across the balcony, which was loud but also could have hit the doors! We will for sure recommend this place and hope to be back!

Great Stay!

The fist thing I always look for is cleanliness & and this was one of the cleanest places that we’ve booked. One complaint - not enough seating on the balcony. (Only 3 of the 5 chairs were usable) The space was huge & provided an incredible view! Extra seating would have been great. Perfect space for outdoor family dining , games & generally enjoying the peacefulness of staying on the beach. Parking was easy & check in/out was easy & convenient. The bbq area was clean & easy to access. It was centrally located to stores, restaurants, and water parks. It was a great place for our family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a good size and was laid out well. We did have issues with the air conditioner almost the whole time. It struggled to cool the room. Maintenance came out to look at it once and it helped temporarily. The kitchen cookware was mostly non-stick items that were chipped and did not perform well. One of the elevators also went on our checkout day. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice and the boardwalk to the beach was nice. Overall, it was ok, but it certainly did not exceed expectations.

Top of stove was clean but the floors weren’t. The u it had not been dusted in a while. When you pay more than $2,000 for 5 days you expect it to be cleaner. I was charged a “cleaning fee” but it wasn’t clean at all these were things you could see without moving anything. Reported it to the office was told they forwarded it to housekeeping and would schedule a deep clean. Of course that did nothing for our stay. Now would I choose to stay again? I would based on the location and accessibility.

Our oldest daughter drove separately due to being only able to stay a couple of days and she had to park her vehicle in an different area. Other than that the stay was very nice and relaxing. The condo was very roomy and nicely decorated and clean.

Definitely will be back & hopefully these issues are resolved.

The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, and the balcony was to die for. There was plenty of chairs on the balcony for all 6 of us to sit at and a nice big table for us to eat at as well. The only complaint was all the tile floors make for sandy feet but there is a dirt devil that easily picked it up. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving to the property it was extremely hot and it took forever for the unit to cool down. The thermostat appeared to be very old and the property was extremely humid inside. In all my 20+ years of coming to the beach I’ve never run out of hot water either while bathing. Assuming there wasn’t a tankless hot water heater either. Very few outlets appeared to be working. Had to charge phones in the bathroom and on kitchen counter. The guest bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Also guest king bed mattress was disgusting. The sheets were coming off and when they were put back on a blood stain or something was seen on the mattress. Needless to say the guests in that room could hardly sleep the last night there. Normally there are brooms in units that you can use to sweep up sand that gets inside and there wasn’t a broom but there was a dust pan. 🤷‍♀️ Also, most all units ive stayed in before had a full roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms as well as an extra roll. There was no extra roll at all. The master bath run didn’t have a working drain either so unable to take a bath. You could only shower. Two of the sliding doors to the balcony wouldn’t lock or appeared to be jammed or broken. There were two elevators for this property and one of them was not working the entire time we were there. The wait for the elevator was awful so we used the stairs and thankful we were just on the 4th floor. Love the location and the property itself was furnished nice but is in need of a lot of updates still. Being a prospective buyer I would never suggest this unit to anyone nor do I want to rent it again. We’ve looked at several properties between Pensacola and Gulf shores and this was one I must say scares me. It looked great in all the pics and furnishings but those details I’ve mentioned were not good. The main factor being thermostat and HVAC update, water heater update, outlets/electrica

We very much enjoyed our stay at White Caps; however, there were a few things that we weren’t in favor of. For example, our sheets were stained and had sand in them when we arrived, the floor was not clean (we had to wear house shoes or socks so our feet wouldn’t get dirty), there was construction going on during the night, and only one elevator worked for the entire condominium. Thankfully our group shows a lot of grace and didn’t let these things bother us too much! Given the time of year and high demand for places to stay, we’re grateful to have found somewhere!

Beautiful place to stay! Great view and beautiful condo!

I would definitely stay in the same condo again! I don't hang out on the beach like I used to, but our 4th floor condo facing the beach was perfect for enjoying the view. We even saw dolphins and sharks swim by. The beach is just a short walk away too. Plenty of room for the 5 of us.
