🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom

🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.

🚗 Parking passes are purchased through a link provided in check-in instructions
🔹 Parking pass is $62.00/vehicle per 7 days. Rate is subject to change.
🔹 Snowbirds price for parking is $125.00 per month
🔹 Max 2 registered vehicles allowed per unit
🚤 There are only 12 docks available therefore must be reserved in advance.
🔹 Guests must sign a waiver, provide current boat registration and valid insurance
🔹 Guests must purchase a boat sticker at least 48 hours in advance (not available during weekends).
🔹 Cost is $75.00 per day or $350.00 per week.
🔹 Any boat without sticker will be towed.

🏊 Dual swimming pools:
Main outdoor pool at Wind Drift North is behind the building near the parking lot. There's also another one located at Wind Drift South directly on the Gulf front, offering stunning views while you cool off.

ACTIVITIES AROUND:

🎣 Fishing:
The area is known for its great fishing. You can fish from the property's pier with cleaning station. There are also other options such as The Wharf. You can also charter a fishing boat, or go surf fishing on the beach.

🌊 Beach Activities:
The white sand beaches are on of the main attractions for most visitors with Wind Drift South building which is just across the street. You can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles, or beachcombing for seashells. Wind Drift North is just a few steps across the street from beach from the beach.

🏄 Water Sports:
If you're looking for something more adventurous, there are plenty of water sports options available in the area, such as parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and deep-sea fishing. Many rental companies are located close by.

🎡 The Wharf:
A short drive away is The Wharf, a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, a marina, and a Ferris wheel. There's also a seasonal entertainment calendar with events like live music and fireworks.

🌋 Adventureland:
This amusement park offers fun for all ages with rides, water slides, mini-golf, and go-karts. It's a great option for a family outing.

🚵 Gulf State Park:

The area is also great for biking. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace.
