This newly built three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends high-end finishes with relaxed beach living, creating the perfect setting for families, couples, and groups seeking both comfort and adventure. From the moment you step inside, the thoughtful design and bright coastal styling make you feel instantly at home. The ground level features a spacious garage and direct access to the private pool deck—your own personal oasis with a heated pool, wall-mounted outdoor TV, BBQ grill, and tranquil views. The garage comes outfitted with arcade games, table tennis, putting green and all the beach gear needed for a trip to AMI! It's the perfect place to start the morning with a quiet coffee or end the day with sunset cocktails.

Take the stairs or the private elevator to the second floor, where the heart of the home opens up into a spacious living area. The chef-inspired kitchen includes upgraded appliances, a large island, and a Keurig, with seating for eight between the dining table and island. The living room, equipped with a Smart TV, flows seamlessly to the balcony through sliding glass doors, inviting the outdoors in. A convenient half bath is located on this level as well.

All three bedrooms are located on the third floor, offering privacy and comfort. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and a private balcony overlooking the peaceful neighborhood. A second bedroom includes queen-over-queen bunk beds and a twin bed, perfect for additional guests or children. The third bedroom offers another king bed, Smart TV, and its own private balcony. Bedrooms two and three share a full bathroom.

The garage is 7ft tall and 11.5ft wide to fit most boat trailers for storage. Boats allowed up to 26ft long. The community was designed as a boating community and garages made specifically for trailers, outdoor parking of trailers is not allowed. Parking a boat trailer on the street or in the parking lot may have the trailer towed by the HOA. *Current presence of about 15 Manatees in the mangroves that are being monitored by FWC*

*The house is equipped with 750 MB of high-speed wireless internet. High-quality towels and linens are provided for your use.
*External cameras used to monitor entry points.
*Tesla charging station available for renters in the garage.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
