Une fabuleuse maison dans l'Ă©tat des Rocheuses

Unité de sous-sol confortable, entiÚrement meublée. Il y a deux chambres à coucher (2 lits Queen), une cuisine / wetbar, un salon et une salle de bain. L'intérieur est spacieux avec un plafond de 10 pieds.
La propriĂ©tĂ© est stratĂ©giquement situĂ©e Ă  la sortie de l’autoroute E-470, Ă  proximitĂ© de l’aĂ©roport international de Denver. Il est proche du Southlands Mall (centre commercial en plein air), qui abrite des restaurants, un cinĂ©ma et de nombreux magasins. Le quartier est en sĂ©curitĂ© et il y a un parc magnifique et bien entretenu juste en face de la maison.

Beautiful 2 bedroom perfect in every way and Joseph was a wonderful host! Lydia and I each have our own Airbnbs so we know an excellent place when we see it. We highly recommend this lovely, cozy place to stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Softball Tourney from KS

Weeklong tournament brought us to the area. Location was ideal and pictures of the property were spot on. We enjoyed a relaxing, clean environment with all the amenities a family needs for a stay away from home.

We were so pleased with our experience! Beautiful accommodations, spacious and immaculate. Easy access to Denver, Aurora, Centennial, Boulder, etc. Would recommend this home away suite which is more like a spacious private apartment. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent place to stay in a clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood

This is an exceptionally clean, and well maintained property. The owners are very gracious hosts. The accommodations are very spacious it is very quiet. The only things it would take to make it perfection would be king beds and an oven. This would be my first choice for accommodations if I were to travel to this area again. Where are you? Nicer than any hotel room

Spacious, private, tastefully decorated

This basement apartment is finished so well! We stayed for several days and had a great time. They thought of everything--a hair dryer in the bathroom, Keurig and pods, a cool tea display with sweeteners. The beds were so comfy. The owner, Joseph, was really nice and easy to work with and we couldn't even tell he and his wife were upstairs. Great location, great price, great space!

This is one of the cleanest, nicest VRBOs that I've stayed in. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Very comfortable. Joseph was extremely nice and accommodating. In a very nice neighborhood. Wasn't aware that you actually go through their home to get to the VRBO but he made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Wonderful host

We stayed in Joseph’s beautiful modern basement apartment for 3 months as our jobs as a Lineman took us to Denver. We were graciously accepted to book even though we are so young and we are just starting our careers. Joseph was truly the most wonderful host, super friendly and very accommodating. Place was very clean and well taken care of. Neighborhood is safe and there is lots of parking available.

My father and I stayed in this rental for a weekend trip to Colorado. The accommodations were lovely. Everything was impeccably clean and meticulously decorated. The basement unit was quiet and had everything we needed. The host, Joseph, was incredibly kind and easy to work with. Our departing flight was delayed and Joseph was kind enough to let us stay past check out time. Downtown was a bit of a drive, but every time we needed an Uber or Lyft, a driver was just a few minutes away. I would highly recommend choosing this as your place to stay in Colorado!

Cozy basement apartment in SE Denver

This basement apartment looks brand new - fully remodeled and well decorated (professionally?). Two large bedrooms, comfortable beds, a big bathroom, and a large enough living space with a pretty massive TV. The owner (Joseph) and his family are incredibly gracious and very friendly. Though there is a shared entrance to the house and basement, we only ran into then a couple of times on our trip (their main living area is on the 3rd floor). The house is close to Southlands, and across the street from two small park areas - this was perfect for us as we have a 1 and 3 year old. We will definitely return! Thanks again Joseph!

Great long-term stay

We stayed with Joseph for two months while waiting for our new home to be built. The property was great - a fully finished basement in their home. Very clean and modern. It also has a nice little kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate and dishes. It's in a nice suburban neighborhood with many conveniences nearby - not very far from e-470. We only saw Joseph a handful of times but he was very responsive by text if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful quiet place

We arrived few hours after check in. Joseph was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and private. Nice beautiful neighborhood. Cat was very friendly and welcomed us a few nights on our return. Highly recommend for those needing a place to unwind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Didn’t get to stay

We didn’t get to stay. At 9:10 the night before our trip the owner canceled on us. We were leaving at 5:00 am the next day. We had to pay twice as much and was much further away from the celebration of life for my mother in law. All I received was sorry. I thought he should pay me a cancellation fee. But no luck.

Everything was great! WiFi wasn’t consistent in function but other than that this was very hospitable. Would’ve like to meet our hosts also. I think it would’ve made it less awkward staying in their home haha

I do not have much experience staying in Vrbo’s, but this was exceptionally clean and very well taken care of. I didn’t realize when booking that we would have to walk through the home to get to the apartment, that being said, the host was very respectful and answered any question I had and responded very quickly.

Great Long Term Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months while I did a travel nurse contract at UC Heath. Joseph and his wife were fantastic hosts! They really stayed out of the way unless we needed them and Jospeh was very responsive when we texted him, even helped get our car unstuck from the snow once. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was very safe and i felt comfortable running around the neighborhood at all hours of the day. Also close to a well done shopping center that has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

The photos are exactly like the property. For my stay the location was perfect for where I needed to be, but the location is in good proximity to the City of Denver and Red Rocks.
