Exit Sarasota airport and head west toward University Parkway/US-41.
Take University Parkway (CR 610) north or as appropriate to connect to US-41 / Tamiami Trail.
Merge onto US-41 N/Tamiami Trail toward downtown Sarasota.
Continue on US-41 N, then take the exit/bridge onto the causeway that leads toward Longboat Key.
Once on Longboat Key via Gulf of Mexico Drive (SR 789), keep following it north/west along the island.
Continue until you reach 1945 Gulf of Mexico Drive - Enter the gate of the community
Estimated travel time: - 25 minutes and - 15 miles depending on traffic.


Per City of Longboat Key's Rental Ordinance - This property must be rented for a minimum of 60 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
