Beach Front Condo Newly Renovated
Longboat Key second floor beach-front condo, with two bedrooms, additional bonus room, two full bathrooms, breathtaking views, and a private pool. The condo was fully renovated and is completely updated with new appliances. Large lanai with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, spectacular sunset. New hurricane-rated sliding doors and new windows. The condo includes a washer and dryer and wifi.
The large screened lanai is newly tiled and is furnished with a table and chairs. The view is breathtaking. Pictures don't lie.
The Main Room includes a Dining and a Living room. The living room has wide sliding doors that open into the lanai and the view of the living room is amazing.
Kitchen: fully equipped, new fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and various appliances.
The Master Bedroom has sliding doors that lead to the lanai with an amazing view of the beach. It is furnished with a brand new king-size bed and foam mattress. There is a large walk-in closet and a bathroom.
The Second Bedroom has windows overlooking the back, is furnished with two twin beds that can be brought together to make a single Kind size bed, or kept separate, large walk-in closet and full bathroom with a shower.
Bonus room: there is a small outpouching off the kitchen with a window that has a trundle daybed and can accommodate two additional guests. The room is fully enclosed with a door that opens to the hallway and a door that opens to the kitchen.
Bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a canopy are all provided.
SEA PINES is an intimate (4 building, 28-unit, 2-story), well-managed, newly gated complex in the northern end of Longboat Key with a private pool and direct access to the beach. It's within walking distance to very nice restaurants, and a short bike ride or drive to Anna Maria Island and Coquina Beach, Leffis Island preserve, and many restaurants and shops. Saint Armand Circle is about 15 mn drive. Publix is only 6 miles away.
RENTAL TERMS: Minimum monthly, maximum four occupants (additional guests may be considered). No pets.
No smoking or vaping inside the Condo or anywhere on Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a smoke free property.
An application is required by the home owner's association from all tenants with a non-refundable fee of $125.
The Condo has been registered for Residential Rentals with the town of Longboat Key. Registration number: RRR-00943.2023.
