Our beautiful home is the perfect place for a family oriented trip! It has all the makings for the ideal family vacation, golf getaway or business trip. This 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths sleeps 14 comfortably. The open floor plan is great for socializing. The attention to detail is outstanding and cleanliness is our top priority! Enjoy the private backyard with HEATED POOL*, BBQ, putting green, sports court and outdoor fireplace. Just minutes from all the golf courses, shopping and restaurants.



The Space:

Extra sitting/TV room, office, large kitchen and dining area. Master suite with large bathroom. Guest suite. Jack and Jill bathroom with remaining 2 bedrooms. Plenty of parking. 30x60 sports court for any sports needs.



Guest Access:

Entire home excluding the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Heating:

$150/day for pool heating (please note the minimum requirement is for the full stay).

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.



Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at our property!

-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.

-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.

-Send us a photo of your pet

-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.



Scottsdale City Ordinances: All city ordinances must be followed during your stay, ensuring that your time here is both enjoyable and respectful to the community.

Check-In Requirements: For your safety, we do require a photo ID to be submitted and the guest agreement signed prior to check-in.

Parking: Up to 4 cars are welcome to park on the property, ensuring ample space for your group.



Safety First: For your peace of mind, we have security cameras at the front door and facing the driveway. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the home to ensure your privacy.

Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitors on the exterior of the property that measure the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment for all. These monitors do not record sound—only measure volume—to help maintain a quiet atmosphere and prevent parties.

Locked Cabinets & Supplies Policy

Certain cabinets in the home are intentionally locked, as they contain owner supplies and inventory. If you find that any consumables or essentials are missing or need replenishment, Please message us right away and we will be happy to assist.



For the security of the home and to maintain quality for all guests, locked cabinets must not be opened or tampered with. Any forced entry, damage, removal of items, or evidence of opening locked storage areas will result in a penalty and a $1,000 charge.
