This condo offers direct views of the complex swimming pool and the verdant nature preserve next door, easy walking access to the sugar-sand beach, and an abundance of resort amenities, from tennis and racquetball courts to a hot tub and fitness center.



Within the gates of Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a putt-putt course, two restaurants, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Treat your loved one to an afternoon of shopping, dining, and live entertainment at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), and catch an evening movie at Destin Commons (seven miles west). You'll also be just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
