Romantic Getaway

This was the perfect place as a couple to getaway. It was peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and the view was stunning! The ambience was set as soon as we walked through the door.

At first it appear sketchy getting to home in my opinion. As some homes in surrounding areas not all in great condition. But overall I enjoyed my stay, clean and beautiful home.

Perfection for a Romantic Getaway

Loved the design and elegant cozy comfort of this treehouse! My favorite elements were the beautiful kitchen, king size inviting and comfortable bed, and the super large tv to watch while in bed, Netflix and Chill! Wonderful amenities as advertised and delectable touches such as chilled champagne and s’mores for roasting! Loved seeing the stars at night, listening to fish splash in the bayou. Loved using the speaker system to play our favorite music. What an A-mazing experience and memories made!

The best place to stay in Santa Rosa

This place is stunning, the lights, the bayou, the atmosphere. Everything about the property is top notch, they spared zero expense when creating this getaway. The fire pit is fantastic, perfect for eating the personalized SMORES you get! While you drink your bottle of Prosecco! The interior is immaculate and the bed I slept on at the property makes me want to throw my actual bed away and buy that bed. Modern bathroom, modern kitchen and laundry. This place is literally the ultimate getaway

Peaceful getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at romance in the bayou. The property was very clean and well appointed. The cabin had everything we needed and was comfortable and cozy. The view of the bayou was relaxing and the view from the paddle boat back to the house maybe even better. There are so many spots to chill out between the inside of the house, the back porch, the fire pit we didn’t even have time to use them all. We enjoyed the unique location, as we have been down to 30a area several times this location was peaceful and still a short trip to any restaurants or other things to do in surrounding communities.

7th wedding annivers Anniversaryary it did not disappoint .

If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is the spot. it would even be great if it rained all day, so we could just stay in bed. We had nice sunshine so we got out to nice restaurants close by. it was a little to cold to get on the water with their Canoes but next time. The decor was great, your wife might ask for a remodel of you home after her stay at the Cottage. My wife's only comment was HOT TUB, HOT TUB. We had a great time, we will be back.

A Tucked Away Gem

The property is exactly as described. Beautiful views from every window. Host is very friendly and communicates quickly. Loved opening the door and seeing a roaring fire on the big tv screen. House was very clean, an important aspect for me (a germaphobe). The decor was elegant and tastefully done. We used the paddle boat the next morning which was wonderful and relaxing; however, as an older couple it was a little heavy to manage, but not sure of any remedies for that. Getting it turned back over was hard on hubby’s back. Just FYI on that. It was worth it to explore the bayou. We love nature and birding so this was the perfect spot for us. Hop in the car and you’re just minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book this place again.
