Inside, the home feels bright and welcoming, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and flexibility. Mornings begin with coffee on the screened-in porch as lake air drifts through. Days unfold on the sand, by the pool, or out on the water. Evenings bring everyone back together for shared meals, games, and quiet conversation.

Sleeping spaces are designed for families and small groups. A peaceful king suite offers privacy and an ensuite bath, while the twin bedroom and cozy loft with additional twin beds are favorites for kids and teens. A pull-out sofa adds extra flexibility, allowing the home to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Step outside and lake life takes over. Enjoy 400 feet of shared sandy beach frontage, an outdoor pool, and tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts—all reserved for owners and guests. Dock access may be requested in advance, making boating and lake days easy to plan.

Perfectly located near Weirs Beach, Meredith Village, Ellacoya State Park, Gunstock Mountain Resort, and the Bank of NH Pavilion, this cottage is an ideal home base for summer swims, fall foliage, winter skiing, and spring escapes.
