Gringo Paradise, un Costa Rica parfait s'en tirer!

We knew that safety would be paramount to our guests so we bought our little Villa in what we believe to be one of the safest places in Costa Rica. We have a 7 day a week, 24 hours a day guarded neighborhood in a PERFECT location just blocks from the beach, and in-between the two most popular beach towns in Guanacaste, Playa's de CoCo, and Tamarindo.

There are so many wonderful restaurants near our villa, from basic "Typical Tico" food, amazing pizzas, great seafood, to fine dining. There is a beachfront restaurant and bar blocks away named Las Brisas where you can relax and excellent food and beverages while watching the waves.

Many of the villa's in our neighborhood are owned by Italians and many have began businesses nearby including 3 of the best Italian Restaurants in Costa Rica! Also the best Gelato ever is on the nearby Potrero square.

Walking through our grounds is a wonderful experience in itself. There are mature mango, banana, and starfruit trees, as well as many beautiful flowering shrubs that are all kept trimmed and beautiful by our grounds staff. In the evenings ambient lights light the path home. You will hear the howler monkeys in the mornings on the screens in porch!

Nearby activities are endless, from the longest Zip-line in All of Costa Rica at the Diamante wildlife reserve to Deep Sea Fishing, Golfing, ATV rentals, Surfing, horseback riding, hiking, and don't forget the celebrated Glorious Sunsets! Our villa is easily accessible from the Liberia Airport, less than an hour drive in your rental car or shared shuttle.

Our Neighborhood owns a small Beachfront park and open air bar right on Playa Penca that opens during the busy season. Playa Penca is one of the safest and most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica. The little park has a restroom as well as Palapa's for sitting in the shade. It is an amenity for the owners and guests of the Villaggio neighborhoods.

Our huge sparkling neighborhood Pool has lounge chairs, a hot tub, and even bathrooms so you don't have to walk back to the villa while enjoying the sun.

We are a family that loves to cook so we have equipped our little kitchen with many appliances such as a rice cooker, crock pot, blender, microwave oven, coffee maker. We have sharp knives, cutting board, and mixing bowls . We have nice pots and pans, even pans to make brownies or cookies on.

We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and even coolers for your use at the beach. Our roomy screened in Porch is a perfect place to dine, entertain, and a desk and chair work space for those who work from home.

We have replaced both mattresses with nice Pillow-top mattresses, and bought a new comfy couch that has two push button foot rests . We have many repeat guests that return year after year.

After you book, we email all of our guests a complete House book that includes everything about the house and restaurants that we think are wonderful, as well as fun activities near by.
