Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which features a bedroom (suite) with a king-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed. In addition, they can enjoy a beautiful balcony with ocean views.

The kitchen is equipped with a mini-fridge, a 2-burner induction cooktop, induction cookware, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery.

Guests can also enjoy all the leisure facilities in the building, which includes a swimming pool with panoramic views and a gym.

We provide bed linens for a double bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays of up to 6 nights, we do not exchange linens. For stays longer than 7 nights, please request an exchange 48 hours in advance from the host.

If the stay is for 3 or 4 people, it is necessary to bring double-size sheets for the sofa bed (preferably without elastic) and single-size sheets for the mattress.

Remember to also bring bath and face towels for all guests, as well as beach towels and sarongs to enjoy the sun!

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right on the beachfront. You'll have the convenience of 24-hour concierge service, easy check-in with the reception staff, as well as a swimming pool and gym.

The building's rooftop restaurant offers room service. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the beachfront, and there's easy access to taxis, Uber, or buses.

We are close to Gonzaga, the city's busiest shopping district, with a variety of shops and restaurants.

Pet Policy:

We know your pet is part of your family! That's why we accept 1 small pet per rental, provided the animal knows how to relieve itself in an appropriate place.

There is an additional charge for your pet, which must be included in the number of guests. The amount is R$150.00.

It is important to emphasize that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture, especially for cleaning, if necessary, upholstery and carpets.
