Loma Bella, a private retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. These beautifully appointed homes feature:
2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 kitchenette
4 spacious bedrooms, 1 extra large master bedroom with private en-suite,a hanging king-sizebed, an additional twin daybed with trundle, & a kitchenette all in the master. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 antique twin beds. 4th bedroom has another king-size bed. There is also a queen size sofa bed. Perfect for 2 families or groups of up to 14 guests.
2 fully functional kitchens with modern appliances (1 has a stove top no oven). Good for preparing meals.
Laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Enjoy outdoor living with an extremely large terrace, patio & huge yard. Perfect for lounging, sunbathing or dining al fresco.
The yard is great for children & your dog to enjoy. ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Just like most yards in Puerto Rico. There are holes animals dig, branches, rocks, fruits etc. Sometimes in the yard, so children & dog should ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED!!!!
A BBQ area for fun cookouts.
There is a full bathroom outside with shower!!
Refresh in the private swimming pool. While enjoying the UNOBSTRUCTED, BREATHTAKING VIEWS while sitting in the pool!! Surrounded by a peaceful tropical setting. With fruit trees & plants that are also visible right from the pool seats!!!!
HAS TO BE 1 OF THE GREATEST WAYS TO RELAX & UNWIND!!!! Extremely quiet & no crowds in your face!!! The only noises that can be heard most of the time are, our tropical animals.
We also have a big garage. So if you have a special vehicle you would like to keep indoors. We can do that for an extra charge.
Of course the private gated driveway is free of charge & safe. The driveway is large enough to turn around right in the driveway.
Whether you're visiting for a weekend escape or an extended vacation, Loma Bella offers all the space, amenities, and comfort you need to feel at home.

We are originally from Puerto Rico. I am retired now & we love to travel. We enjoy interacting with diverse people and connecting from all over the world.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Very quiet & safe neighborhood. We have owned this home since 2009 & THANK GOD not 1 problem in the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors have grown up here. Guardarraya is known to be 1 of the best places in Patillas. We are exactly 1/2 mile from rt.3, which is the main road you would use to come up the hill. There is a nice little neighborhood store where an older crowd hangs out and listen to lively music. Turn left or right & there will be many small kiosks to have a meal or a drink while enjoying the beautiful views with the locals.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Loma Bella has the most beautiful panoramic views of mountains and ocean from anywhere on the property. There's a 40ft.x50ft terrace simply breathtaking! Great for small venues or renewing your wedding vows. While basking in the sun and sitting in pool the serene vibe is priceless. There's also a full outside bathroom with shower. Loma Bella also has a huge gated driveway. Big enough to make a U turn in. Over an acre of land fenced with fruit trees & plants. Bananas, plantains, mangos, pana, tamarindos & the best coconuts on the island. Yes, you are welcome to try them. FYI, AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Chickens dig holes all over the yard,so you have to be careful.
