Enjoy a dip in the community outdoor pools and hot tubs after a day on the beach & boards! The pool is available all summer long - typically open late May through Early September. Please inquire to confirm exactly availability!

6 beach chairs so you don't have to worry about packing them (no beach towels).



🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Off-street parking for one vehicles + ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood.

Washer & dryer on-site for easy laundry during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of the living area. You'll also have access to the community outdoor pools (seasonal availability - typically late May to early September) and hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. On-site parking for one vehicle is provided. Please note that the washer and dryer are available for use within the building's common areas.

Getting Around:

Getting around North Wildwood is easy! While this condo offers convenient on-site parking for one vehicle, you'll find various transportation options nearby. The Wildwood bus line has several stops along Ocean Avenue, providing access to different points of interest in the Wildwoods and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for direct transportation to and from the airport. If you prefer to explore the area by bike, there are several rental shops close by, allowing you to enjoy the scenic bike paths along the seawall. Walking is also a great way to experience the local shops, restaurants, and attractions, as many are within easy reach from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: This listing is “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a voluntary cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
