We provide a complete set of linens with sheets, pillows and blankets (no change during your stay) as well as two rolls of toilet paper, individual soap and detergent for initial use.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, ensuring complete privacy during their stay. The condominium is residential and quiet, and we ask that you respect the rules of silence, especially during the designated hours. Parties or events are not permitted in the space, and access to the common areas of the building, such as hallways and elevators, must be done in a respectful manner.

Our team will be available to meet your needs throughout your stay. Contact will be made quickly and easily, mainly by text message or phone. Although check-in and check-out are independent, we are available to answer any questions, provide tips about the area and resolve any issues so that you have a smooth and pleasant experience.

The neighborhood offers easy access to public transportation, making it easy to visit other landmarks such as Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer.

The apartment is easily accessible, located in an area well served by public transportation, with several bus lines and a nearby subway station, connecting to the main points of the city. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are also practical options in the area. For those arriving by car, there are paid parking lots nearby, but the building does not have its own parking space. Santos Dumont Airport is about a 20-minute drive away and Novo Rio Bus Station is approximately 30 minutes away.
