Nous sommes situés à 2 miles à l'ouest de la plage. Le trajet de Phil, Balt et D. C. est à seulement 2, 5 heures.

We loved our night stay here. We wish we had been staying for the whole weekend so we could have hung out at this nice place longer. Was clean and the couch and beds were comfy and the sunroom was a nice place to hang out.

Fun Stay

We had a great time over MDW. The condo had plenty of room for families traveling with kids, and a pullout cot was available as well. The kitchen was accurately stocked with everything you may need while vacationing. It was one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed at, at Mallard Lakes. The location was walking distance to both playgrounds and both pools.

The property was exactly what we needed. It has a well stocked kitchen to prepare almost anything. The house was clean and everything was in good shape. The amount of places to sleep was great for a traveling family or group. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was quiet. You can have a peaceful cup of coffee in the sunroom out back watching the water fountain in the lake. The location is in great proximity to all you need and want to visit without being in the thick of it. Thanks to the host for a great stay and the great communication

Short weekend beach trip just to get away.

Julia was very accommodating in regards to communication. She was even very understanding when we almost had to cancel at the last minute due to an emergency. The place was cute, and larger then we imagined. Even though the weather was a little less than desirable, we did get one good day at the beach. And we got to enjoy using day two to SLOWLY head back and visit different places. Julia was fantastic, and we will be staying here again in the future.

This property was great for our weekend get-a-way in September. We liked it because it was convenient to everything, yet, far enough away that we had peace and quiet. The community was lovely. Nice place for small families or couples

The house is small but very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were nice. There was an issue upon checking in but Julia was quick to respond to my wife's email and rectified the situation to our satisfaction. We did not use the pool. The neighborhood is conveniently located to food, grocery stores, and a short ride to Fenwick Island State Park. The pond to the rear of the house was nice with the fountains and many birds. The kids liked their beds in the smaller bedroom. I would prefer a firmer mattress in the master bedroom but that is just a personal preference. It was comfortable enough though. The kitchen was well stocked. Julia was very easy to work with. We would stay there again.

Clean, quiet property

We booked this property because we wanted to go to Ocean City's Winterfest of Light. It was incredibly convenient to Northside Park, only about 10 minutes away. Julia was very quick to respond to our request to book and to answer any questions we had. The property was very clean and quiet. Our son liked "swimming" in the big bathtub in the unit and playing on the little playground in the condo community. Nearby restaurants were good, especially Luna's Cactus Cafe for Mexican food. Even though it was the off season, a lot of local businesses were still open. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Booked this place for a quiet birthday weekend with my BFF. We had the most relaxing quiet time. The location was just perfect!! We drove down to Fenwick & OCMD, both within such short distances. The house was perfect for just the two of us. Beautiful setting, comfortable beds, clean, quiet, & peaceful. Julia was great to work with. She provided all the information in great timely manner. In the house, there's a binder with useful information about the area, and the care of the house. We had a perfect weekend!! I would definitely rent again!

Very Happy! I would stay here again.

This vacation rental was perfect! It was very clean when we arrived and nicely decorated. I particularly loved the sun room (which was also air conditioned). It had a nice dinette table and a futon. It was perfect for my 18 year old son to sleep there with more privacy. The large flat screen TV (with Netflix) was a plus!. Most rentals we stayed in have small TV's. We enjoyed watching movies at night. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I did not worry about my teenage daughter and her friend riding their bikes or walking to the pool. I am very satisfied with this rental and would stay here again.

Clean house with all the comforts of home. Plenty of sleeping room and room to spread out and relax.

Wonderful community to stay in! The pools and playgrounds kept the kids busy and provide family fun. Friendly people all around, from the office staff to the pool side staff. The location is great too! Close to the beach, shopping, and all other attractions. The area is quite and relaxing, away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy highway and attractions down the road. The grocery store is close by, as well as several road side stands with fresh fruits and vegetables! I highly recommend Mallard Lakes and this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Booking through home away directly with the owner of the property was amazing! Cut out the middle man and deal directly with the owner. Julia was a pleasure to work with and responded to all messages promptly.

Excellent Time!!! Truly Home Away From Home!!!

Truly a wonderful time we had here at Mallard Lakes. The listing on HomeAway does not accurately describe how great this property is in regards to convenience!!! You can not beat the proximity to Fenwick Island Beach as well as Ocean City! Feels great to be close to the noise and bustle of the beaches but not directly in it so you get peace and quiet. All the food goodies are a stones throw away as well. Plenty of room to accommodate and not feel cramped like if we stayed in a hotel. 7 of us ( My Children Ages 11, 3, 1, my Niece & Nephew ages 9, 12, along with my Wife & I) made the trip to enjoy the beaches. The community has amenities like pool, playground, and other outdoor activities if that interest you. Assigned parking right out front. Julia outlines everything for you in a binder of all things in the area to check out and reference. She also leaves a guestbook where residents leave their thoughts and experience while vacationing there. I thought that was cool of her to put that there. Allows for you to read how others have spent their time there.Private shower outside is great to limit the sand in the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I would love to do a week next time! Definitely a gem!

Growing up spending time in O.C. MD, we wanted to purchase a home that would give us the beach access and a quiet escape. This community really has is all. Very family friendly, everyone you meet is kind and inviting.

The sunroom, located off the family room, is a great place to enjoy the lake view while have a cup of coffee. This place screams relaxation!
