Plus, you can keep the excitement right at home base with the private pool and grassy lawn area.

Inside, three spacious floors await to give larger groups and families room to spread out. The middle floor will be the hub for entertaining, with an open living area complete with a smart TV for streaming movies and plenty of seating. The adjacent full kitchen has everything needed to whip up tasty meals and snacks after a full day of fun. The kiddos will have no trouble staying entertained either with high-speed WiFi and a game room outfitted with a ping-pong table and air hockey. Beautiful house, private pool and area! We fell in love with St.Simons Island. Perfect home and everything was so close; beach, restaurants, shopping, park, pier and of course ice cream! Loved our family vacation week here. We will be back :)

Beach vacation 2023

The house was beautiful and had more then we needed! Easy walk to several restaurants. The back yard was perfect for the dog and the pool was great. We all loved it.

St Simon Friends Family Trip

We traveled with family friends of ours and this property was perfectly suited for us. Plenty of room, separate upstairs and downstairs playrooms for children to play, and the pool and the view were spectacular. It did require us driving to the beach because it felt just out of walking distance for young children but otherwise it’s a quick trip.

Pool dirty, vacuum not working. All utensils, dishes, pans dirty. Rec room smelled like mold, extremely musty, we did not use.upstairs bedroom with black mattress surround was peeling, yulk! Upstairs bathroom exhausted, loud steel noise, we did not use. Lamps in Upstairs tv room, not working. Rotten boards on back steps, porch. Owner needs stepping stones from house to pool. Lawn service mowed and we tracked grass in. I didn't pay to clean house. You should disclose home is in flight path and a bar is in back through marshland. Would not recommend property!!!.

Beautiful location

We had a great time at this beautiful house. A group of friends got together for a Quilting weekend and we had a great time at the home and in the surrounding community. So many wonderful little shops and great places to eat. Of course, the kitchen and Home were very well equipped for eating in the house as well as going to the beach and pool although we did not do any of those things. 😂 we are hoping to return again next year. The house couldn’t have been any better! All the ladies were especially pleased with bathroom toiletries that were provided as well as starter trashbags, laundry soap, kitchen articles. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Great Marsh Side Home

We enjoyed our stay here; the kitchen is great and the house is spacious and comfortable. The views are outstanding and the pool is wonderful. Location is good too, not too far from the good stuff. When we arrived, cleaning was still working and they returned the next day on their own request to finish up, because the vacuum had broken. This is a rental property and that shows, so if you're looking for "pristine" or great mattresses, skip this one, but if you just want a comfy house with a great view, plenty of space, and a pool, this is the perfect not so little place. It is in a gated community, with friendly and quiet neighbors, which helps add to the peacefulness. We were there during Helene and had impacts from the storm. Property management was quick to respond in the ways that they could. We hope to be back soon :)

Poor treatment by VACASA St Simons

VACASA lied to us about the condition of the property before we arrived - a/c was out but they said they put in cooling units. When we got there, there were no cooling units and it was 89 degrees in the bedrooms. I called and they said they ran out of units and had no more, but they would buy one room cooling unit and bring it the next morning. They refused to buy more and lied that none were available to purchase in the area. So they lied to us about having cooling units in the house and about more being available for them to purchase. We ended up with no air on all three floors most of the week since the other two floors a/c went out, too. They promised to reimburse us for air mattresses then refused to reimburse us. We are out $200 since the mattresses cannot be returned. They still have not compensated us and keep stalling on giving us their compensation figure. I have never been treated so poorly by a rental management company. There is not enough space here to explain all of the back and forth and poor treatment. I will never stay in another property in St. Simons that VACASA manages. It was a nightmare.

Not so great

Arrived 6.10.23. Upon arrival entering thru the basement big musky smell. Went upstairs to find food and lots of white dog hair all around the kitchen table and kitchen. 2 days later still was sweeping dog hairs. 7 out 8 people got sick not sure from mold that we found in the laundry room, study or master suite closet. Calling Vacasa was a joke. Was told someone would be out in 2 hours. Then we get a call from “local” manager Ty who was quite rude informing me the inspector would be there on Fri around 10. If I wanted to start the process I could check out. What the heck. I am on vacation with a group of 8 — 7 hours from home!!! Told him I would check with group as the youngest is 2 and oldest is 83. I called and texted never heard back from him until 430 in the afternoon. I ask if they had anything else available he informs me about another rental company. Hello most places require at least 5 night minimum he offers NO HELP. Finally just said we will stick it out. Inspector was due at 10 on Friday 1020 I call him he inform oh he texted me early and it would be after his lunch. he never had intentions on notifying us of the delay!!!! I have pics of the mold on the vents and the water damage at two windows that has been happening for a while of windowsills rotting from damage. Lots of issues that need to be addressed. I am not even sure the property owners are kept informed of issues
