Sunset + Lake View Stylish Condo in Lake Geneva

Imagine yourself unwinding in a light-filled, comfortable condo perfectly placed between Lake Geneva and Lake Como. Drop your bags and sink into the memory-foam king bed or lounge on the Joybird sofa (with queen pullout) while the kids claim their twin bed chairs in the cozy corner. Make breakfast in the full kitchen, walk to the lake, pools and sauna, or sled right outside your door during the winter. Watch the sunset from the balcony then pick out a movie on the smart tv. Your perfect getaway!

I created this space for my family to enjoy throughout the year, and it’s a joy to open it up to other travelers. I hope it feels like home to you, too. :)

You’ll be perfectly located between Lake Geneva and Lake Como, giving you nature, comfort, and easy access to all the fun. Whether you’re here with family, on a relaxing getaway, or exploring the lake towns, this condo is designed to be your welcoming home base.

Entry
- Arrive at the door with keyless entry for your convenience.
- Settle in, drop your keys, coats and shoes in a designated area. Use the chain lock for that extra hotel-feeling privacy.

Living Room
- Relax in an open concept, light-filled space with high ceilings.
- Stretch out on the designer Joybird sofa that pulls out into a queen memory-foam bed. I researched couches for a long time trying to find the coziest one possible!
- Fold out the two beige chairs in our “cozy corner” that convert into twin beds. Perfect for kiddos!
- Enjoy peaceful surroundings with views of Lake Como right from the balcony window.
- Roll down the zebra shades for full privacy, partial light, or lift up completely for the whole view.
- Have coffee or a meal on the balcony and then get comfy on the couch watching your favorite shows and movies on the smart tv.
- Enhance the ambience by turning on the flame-style flicker string lights with the press of a button.

Bedroom
- Get a great night's sleep on our king-size memory foam mattress chosen for ultimate comfort. (A comfortable bed is one of the most important things to me when away from home!)
- Settle into the warm, quiet room designed to feel calming and welcoming with a sunset theme.

Bathroom
- You'll feel clean and relaxed after a shower with powerful water pressure and multiple shower head settings.
- Enjoy the complimentary toiletries and supplies provided for your convenience.

Kitchen
- Brew your morning coffee with the Keurig, make it hot or iced!
- Use my favorite filtered water pitcher, blender, toaster, and all our basic cooking essentials for easy meals.
- Enjoy creative cooking with the brand new appliances!

Comfort & Convenience
- Stay comfortable year-round with two heating/AC units with smart thermostats so each space can be just the right temperature.

Surroundings & Amenities
- Take in peaceful views of Lake Como and enjoy the quiet, relaxing and friendly atmosphere in our community.
- Walk to the lake or enjoy other amenities the community has to offer including an outdoor pool (open seasonally), sand volleyball, tennis courts, a boat launch and kayak/paddleboard rentals.
- Head right outside the front door in winter for snowy sledding. Try out our sleds in the downstairs closet (available during snowy season)!
- Walk to Geneva Lodge for the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and coffee shop. My personal favorite place to go in the community!!
