Enjoy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars, and Starbucks, making it the perfect adventure getaway. This house is mere steps from the historic 39th street district where you can eat your heart out at a white table cloth restaurant like Thomas or get some comfort food at Fric & Frac or D'Bronx Pizza. Or maybe you prefer to grab a coffee at Starbucks a block away and sift through Prospero's Books on the corner. There is something for everyone.

This charming duplex comfortably sleeps up to four guests and is conveniently located near the historic 39th Street District and KU Hospital.
Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds, and the home includes a full bathroom with optional grab bars. The living room offers a comfortable space to relax, and the small dining table is perfect for meals or planning your day.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Parking is easy with off-street parking for two cars per unit. Up to four vehicles can fit in the shared back parking areaâtwo in the gravel section and two on the asphalt. One spot is located right by the back steps of this unit. Parking spots are not assigned.
The bus route stops steps away on 39th street and takes you all over the city. Uber is also a great way to travel about the city.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
